REPAIR RESURFACING OF INTERNAL ROADS OF CERTAIN OTM MD ACCN AREA UNDER AGE BR II AT GE NAMS

Material and labour for Repair to pot holes any depth, n.exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc cutting around edges at least 30 mm in depthand making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5Kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premix as specified for thin bituminous carpet (2cm thick), well rammed and sealed with premix sand seal coat (6.8 Kg of binder with 0.06cum of sand), again well rammed (including supply of premix binder and sand) depth of potholes n exc. 30 mm using paving bitumen VG 30 grade including rolling complete, all as specified and directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 Sqm and depth not exc 50mm deep and preparing unsurfaced surface of WBM or bituminous macadam surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat of VG-10 @ 10 KG per Ten Sqm complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Premixed bituminous, macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with using 20mm graded stone aggregate and paving bitumen VG30 @ 4% by the weight of total mix (consolidated thickness 75mm thick or less or as required) with 10 to 12 ton power roller complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. and using mechanical compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG 10 grade @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm with paving bitumen for laying bituminous macadam complete, all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Material for SDAC shall be mixed in hot mixing plant. (b) Mix design of bituminous SDAC will be got done from approved lab. (c) The premix carpet shall be laid with mechanical mixer as specified in clause 20A27 of MES SSR Part-I the spreading of premix carpet shall be done by mechanical sensor only.

Materail and labour for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, using hot mix plant and spreading with machenical paver rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient and for uniform smooth surface by using power roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity completed all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Material for SDAC shall be mixed in hot mixing plant. (b) Mix design of bituminous SDAC will be got done from approved lab. (c) The premix carpet shall be laid with mechanical mixer as specified in clause 20A27 of MES SSR Part-I the spreading of premix carpet shall be done by mechanical sensor only.

Material and labour for preparation of bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n.exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete, all as specified and directed. .

Supply and fixing in replacement for cat eye reflective type metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No DA 972.0 or equivalent make as per Appx fixed with & including MS stud of suitable size as per manufacturer instructions complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repair metal tubular delineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 NOs 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermoplastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repair for speed breaker, 750 mmx250mmx75mm each piece with two nos of reflector, any colour plastic body cnfirming to IS-67-1977 and fill hollow part with 1:2:4 plain cement concrete of speed breaker fixed with epoxy coating material and necessary fixture complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair solar cat eye aluminium alloy shall (100% water proofing design to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65 mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4 V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600 MA) onsisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc complete all as specified and directed.
