Supplying and erection of set 800 Amp triple pole single throw, gang operated out-door type double breaker 33kV Isolator with double post insulator and expulsion or horn gap type fuse down rod, tandem pipes & operating handle with locking arrangement at both the position etc. complete with nut, bolts, washer accessories as required. (Set of 3 Units)

Supplying and erection of single piece nonlinear resistor type Lightning Arrestor suitable for 3 wire, 33 kV overhead lines with rated voltage 30 kV (rms) with a nominal discharge current rating of 10 KA (station class) and complete with galvanized clamping arrangement, G.I. bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required. (set of 3 units)

Supplying and erection of Disc Insulator for 33 kV over head lines with galvanized insulator fittings, ball and socket type and complete with galvanized strain clamps, bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of 33 kV Pin Insulator complete with large steel head G.I. pin, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of single piece 400 Amp triple pole outdoor type Drop Out Fuse with Fuse as per relevant ISS and complete with galvanized clamping arrangement, G.l. bolts, nuts, washers along with double 33kV support Insulators, fuse barrel etc. as required. (Set of 3 Units)

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 50 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Supplying and spreading Stone Aggregate (Single size) : 40 mm nominal size spreading uniformly having 100mm bed thickness in HT yard area.

Supply and installation of "Dog" size Aluminium conductor in existing overhead structure complete with galvanized clamping arrangement, G.l. bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required and manufactured as per relevant (IS 398 PART 4).

Dismantling of triple pole single throw, gang operated existing 33kV Isolator along with tandem pipes & operating handle with locking arrangement installed in four pole structure (Set of 3 Units)

Dismantling of existing triple pole outdoor type Drop Out Fuse switch along with post Insulators installed in four pole structure (Set of 3 Units)

Supplying and erection MS Channel (ISMC) of size 100mmX50mmX5mm of suitable length along with suitable size hole for mounting of isolator, post/pin insulator and strengthening of existing four pole structureetc as required.

Supplying and installing Mild Steel hot dip galvanized Pole Clamp of suitable size and thickness for clamping/holding the MS Channel in existing four pole structure with G.l. bolts, nuts, washers etc. complete with accessories as required.

Painting of following MS pole/Rail poles, using one coat of metal primer on rusted surface and two coats of approved aluminium paint including scrapping and thoroughly cleaning the surface etc. as required.
