CERTAIN BR REPAIR AND ALLIED SERVICES IN OTM ACCN AT NC PRO UNIT ARTY KLP 1988 MED BTY 151 TA JAT AND OTHER PLACES UNDER GE SOUTH UDHAMPUR

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt with high pressure descaling pumps and removing the dirt with vacuum suction pump without entring inside the tank, etc with chlorine or bleeching, from PVC water storage tank of any capacity exc 250 and n.exc 1000 ltrs without dismantling the tank and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc incl writting "Tank Cleaned on ____" indicating the date, month & year of cleaning on external wall of tanks with synthetic enamel paint and stainsils complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster from brick/concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down eaves gutters and and rain water pipes (any size or pattern ), including all fittings incl removal of store and sold to contractor through credit.

Taking down chowkats or frames of any description with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area exceeding 1.5 Sqm but n exc 4 sqm each all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. and making good the disturbed plastered surfaces with 10 mm plaster in CM 1:6 and final finish as per existing.
