Annual Maintenance Contract of 380 KVA DG Set ( Cummins Make) at Govt. StateTaxes department, Solina, Srinagar by way of

Servicing of 380 KVA DG Set ( Cummins make) at least two services per year which includes following 1.Providing and filling of Engine Oil 20W40 grade Castrol CRB make 2. Providing and fitting of Lube Oil filter 3. Providing and fitting of fuel filter set 4. Providing and fitting of Filter Element 5. Providing and fitting of Air Filter Element 6. Providing and fitting of Resistor Corrosion Filter. Servicing of 380 KVA DG Set Comprising of flushing out of old engine oil/throwing it away from department premises, filling of fresh oil. The job also includes inspection/checking of Alternator (Dynamo) for proper functioning. The job also includes tapet setting and testing of the DG Set on idle and full load for satisfactory performance.

Anticipated Provision of repairs and replacement of various fast moving parts of DG Set such as hose pipe, fuel pipe, coolant supply pipe, Minor repairs to AMF panel and any repairs to alternator, Self-starter of the DG set to make the DG Set operational for a period of one year. The job includes 06 periodic site visit for inspection and testing of DG Set besides breakdown visit as and when required. The job also includes necessary consumable items such as gasket, O-rings, Tapes, Teflon, rubber Bushes required for carrying out such job. The equipment should not be in breakdown status after 6 hr of receiving a call from the Department for repairs. Necessary Penalty shall be imposed if firm fails to rectify the problem within stipulated period.
