SPECIAL REPAIRS TO ROOF TREATMENT AND EXTERNAL WALL PLASTER AND ALLIED WORKS IN BLDG NO P- 44 , P-45, P-46, P-47 AND P-63 MD ACCN AT PTMS UNDER GE AVADI

Removing plants, trees, weeds, etc., on chajjahs, roofs, walls at any position of height upto and including 03 storeys/10 mtr , RCC roof parapets and spraying weed controlling chemical using glyphosate or equivalent in dosage as per manufactures all as specified.

Dismantling exisiting water storage tank of capacity exceeding 500 Ltr but not exceeding 1000 Ltr capacity (Lowering if required)for repairs etc, and refixing in same position in all respect all as specified.

Dismantling exisiting worn out bitumen tarfelt treatment on plastered RCC Roof surfaces and removed from site complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided all as specified and as directed

M&L for 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) mixed with liquid water proofing compound and finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Liquid water proofing compound will be measured & paid separately

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in roof kerbs, benching, etc rounding or chamfered angle and throating including mixed with liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Liquid wter proofing compolund measured and paid seperately

M&L 15 mm thick rendering in cm 1:4 over levelling course, finished even and smooth without using extra cement with using liquid water proofing compound . (Note: Liquid water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately)

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound complete all as specfied and as directed.

M&L in repairs for preparing RCC roof surfaces by removing exisiting damaged waterproofing treatment completely, cleaning surface with wire brush, washing with water to remove all loose particles and foreign materials, brushing neat cement slurry using 3.0 kg of cement per sqm all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying one coat of bituminous primer @ 200 gms per sqm, and then laying 3 mm thick APP (Atactic Polypropylene) modified bituminous membrane weighing not less than 3.50 Kgs/sqm, reinforced with polyester mat not less than 160 gms/sqm, , laid by torch application method with overlaps of 75 mm on longitudinal joints and 100 mm on transverse joints, all junctions , angles and changes in plane sealed with care . and finishing with awith aluminium paint @ 100 gms/sq, pver horizontal and vertical surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.
