Repair/rewinding of ceiling fan, Exhaust fan and other connected items under GE (East ) Ferozepur Cantt

Taking down defective Ceiling fans/ Exhaust fans/ Cabin fans/ Air circulator fans from ceiling or wall height upto 3 mtrs to 5 mtrs, dismantling blades and transporting to work shop/ store, stripping up the fans of any make/ size, checking , testing, over hauling , greasing , including taking out u/s spare parts and replacing with new parts, reassembling including fixing of blades, replacement of blade screws, split pins (where required) and testing for its satisfactory running, hanging the Ceiling fan of size 1200 mm sweep in position complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Replacement of unserviceable spare parts such as ball bearing, bushe, capacitor, fan blade, canopy and shaft shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under relevant item of Sch 'A'/BOQ (ii) Rewinding of fans shall be measured and paid separately. (iii) The cost cleaning, greasing & refixing in position upto height 3mtrs to 5 mtrs is deemed to be inclusive in the unit rate as quoted by the contractor/tenderers.

Taking out the old burnt out winding from the fan, rewinding with super enameled superior quality copper wire /conductor winding with similar gauge & size as per original including sleeves, varnishing etc Ceiling fan of size 1200mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Bush suitable for any type of ceiling fans, exhaust fan, cabin & Air circulator including mechanical laithe work etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only shaft suitable for any type of ceiling fan, exhaust fan, cabin & Air circulator including mechanical laithe work etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Fan capacitor of 2.5 MFD, capacity ISI marked madeup of plastic with copper terminal wire including MS/PVC clamp of required size complete as per Havells cat part no. QHPCWC5002X5 or equivalent in as existing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Fan capacitor of 3.15 MFD, capacity ISI marked madeup of plastic with copper terminal wire incl MS/PVC clamp of required size complete as per Havells cat part no. QHPCWC5003X1 or other equivalant makes as approved by GE

Supply only Fan Motor run capacitor of 4.0 MFD, capacity ISI marked madeup of plastic with terminal lugs incl MS/PVC clamp of required size complete as per Havells cat part no. QHPPSS5004X0 or other equivalant makes as approved by GE

Supply only Fan blades with suitable screw for 1200mm sweep ceiling fan ccomplete all as specified and directed. (set of three blades).

Supply only Fan blades with suitable screw for 1400mm sweep ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed. (set of three blades).

Supply only plastic canopy (set of 02) with screw suitable for 1200/1400mm sweep complete all as specified and directed

Supply only exhaust fan motor 0.12 HP, suitable for 300mm sweep size of exhaust fans, AC single phase, 50 Hz, 1500 rpm, frame- B42, double bearing, trusted copper winding, high speed Make- Crompton Greaves, Model No- GF4378 or equivalent in Havells as approved by GE

Supply only exhaust fan motor 0.16 HP, suitable for 380mm sweep size of exhaust fans, AC single phase, 50 Hz, 1500 rpm, frame- B42, double bearing, trusted copper winding, high speed Make- Crompton Greaves, Model No- GF4390 or equivalent in Havells as approved by GE

Supply only exhaust fan motor 0.25 HP, suitable for 450mm sweep size of exhaust fans, AC single phase, 50 Hz, 1500 rpm, frame- B48, double bearing, trusted copper winding, high speed Make- Crompton Greaves, Model No- GF4389 or equivalent in Havells as approved by GE

M&L for two coat of painting for ceiling fans complete with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler after cleaning all dust etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Exhaust fans MS frame complete with legs (set of four) including rubber as per sample for 300mm sweep complete including removal of old U/S frame complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Exhaust fans MS frame complete with legs (set of four) including rubber as per sample for 380mm sweep complete including removal of old U/S frame complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Exhaust fans MS frame complete with legs (set of four) including rubber as per sample for 450mm sweep complete including removal of old U/S frame all as specified.

Supply and fixing in replacement of fan blade for Exhaust fan 300 mm sweep. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of fan blade for Exhaust fan 380 mm sweep. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of fan blade for Exhaust fan 450 mm sweep.complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of hanging clamp of required size with rubber real nuts, bolts including spring washers and locking of splite pin of suitable size for 1200/1400 sweep ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed

S&F three core FR PVC Insulated & overall round sheathed flexible with PVC, colour of cores are Red, Black & Yellow/ Green is for earthing. Sheath colour is Black of cable size 23/0.0076 complete all as specified and directed

S&F in replacement of down rod 30cm long incl cutting holes etc suitable for ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed.
