Material and labour for removing old unserviceable shutter of the cupboard of table writing and supply & fixing new shutter made out of 19mm thick prelaminated Particle Board with beading alround and piano hinges of required size as specified is to be done at furniture yard/users location and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for removing unserviceable shelf of cupboard and supply & fixing new shelf made of 19mm thick prelaminated Particle Board with replacement of wooden bearers wherever required. All is to be done at furniture yard/users location and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for removing back ply and sides of the box which house the drawer and cupboard of table writing and replacing them with new back made of 6mm th ply and sides made of 19 mm thick prelaminated Particle Board. Material and labour for removing of existing unserviceable top of table of any sorts and supply and fixing of new top of any size of 18/19mm thick both side pre laminated exterior grade MDF board grade-I with ISI marked IS Code-14587 including 4mm teak wood beading all around duly polished complete all as specified and directed. Make: - Green Panel Max of Green Ply, Duratuff, Marino and Archid ply. Note : All is to be done at furniture yard/users location as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Table dressing ladies (Drg No FD-251) :-

Material and labour for repair/rejointing of mirror frame and supply & fixing new ply at the back alongwith key plates to the mirror of the dressing table ladies. All is to be done at furniture yard/users location and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for supply and fixing in replacement of legs of table dressing ladies with new Teak wood leg of size as per drg is to be done at furniture yard/users location and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Removing old u/s drawers of table dressing ladies and S&F new drawers. Side and back of drawer shall be of 12 mm thick teak wood plank. Bottom of drawer shall be of 6 mm thick commercial plywood. Front of drawer shall be of 19 mm thick Particle Board commercial over which 1.5mm thick pre-laminated sheet is fixed. 3 mm thick teak wood edging shall be provided to all sides, front and edges of drawers. All is to be done at furniture yard/users location and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Removing old u/s back of table dressing ladies and S&F new back made out of 12m thick particle board with commercial ply on both sides. Rest all as per drg. All is to be done at furniture yard/users location and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Removing old u/s top of table dressing ladies and S&F new top made out of 19 mm thick pre-laminated Particle Board. Rest all as per drg. All is to be done at furniture yard/users location and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Table dressing gents (Drg No FD-230) :-

Material and labour for repair and rejointing to the frame of mirror of table dressing gents and supply and fixing new ply to the back of the frame along with key plates wherever required is to be done at furniture yard/users location and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Removing old u/s drawer of table dressing gents and S&F new drawer. Front of drawer shall be of 12 mm thick pre laminated Particle Board teak veneer face. Sides of drawer shall be of 12 mm thick teak wood plank running smoothly in the drawers. The bottom and back of drawer shall be of 6 mm thick plywood commercial. Rest all as shown on drg is to be done at furniture yard/users location and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Removing old u/s top portion of table dressing gents and S& F new top made out of 12 m thick pre laminated Particle Board with teak veneer face on top irrespective of what is shown on drg is to be done at furniture yard/users location and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for fixing of dressing table box into the wall by means of L-shaped MS iron angles (02 Nos for each box) of size 25x25x3mm in section, having diagonal MS stiffeners and machine screws of appropriate size as per best trade practice. (Note: MS angles shall be provided by the contractor and fixed on walls at various sites/users location as directed and specified by the Engr-in-charge)

Material and labour for fixing of mirror of dressing table gents into the wall with the help of MS keyplates (wherever reqd) 25mm x 25mm x 3mm in section and MS screws of required sizes. (Note: fixing of mirrors shall be done at various sites/users location as directed and specified by the Engr-in-charge)

Removing old u/s drawer of side board and S&F new drawer. The front of drawer shall have 19 mm thick veneer one face Particle board. Side and back of drawer shall be of 12 mm thick Particle Board having commercial ply on both sides. Bottom of drawer shall be of 6 mm thick plywood commercial. Rest all as per shown on drg.
