Earth work in excavation over area ( exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.50 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.50 m disposed as to the levelled and neatly dressed including cost of all labour charges and cost of minor tools, labour cess, GST etc complete . All kinds of soil

Supplying and filling in plinth with pulverised stone sand below footing, plinth beams, foundation and plinth walls etc. including cost of pulverised stone sand, watering, ramming, consolidation and dressing, cost of all labour charges and minor tools, labour cess, GST, etc complete.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 ( one cement three crused stone sand and six stone metal of 20mm size) for below footing, plinth beam, etc. as derected by the EIC, excluding cost of cement which will be supplied free of cost at store, in Campbell Bay but including cost of nominal centering & shuttering charges, cost of crushed stone sand, stone metal, screening & washing of both the aggregates, mixing, placing, curing, GST, labour cess etc. Complete.

Providing and laying R.C.C 1:1.5:3 with 20mm size stone chips (one cement, one and half mainland river sand, & three mainland stone chips of size 2cm graded) in all RCC works as directed by the EIC, cost of fabrication charges of steel reinforcement, centering & shuttering charges which will be paid separately, but including cost of cement ,stone chips and sand, screening and washing of both the aggregates, mixing concrete, conveying the concrete, placing in position, consolidation with vibrator curing, all labour charges, transportation charges of all materials to work site, cost of minor tools, hire charges of mixer machine and vibrator, Labour cess, GST, etc complete.

Providing formwork including centering and shuttering, strutting, propping etc. for footing, column, plinth beam, beam and slab etc using 19mm marine plywood, including cost of plywood, nails, battens etc, all labour charges, transportation charges of all materials to work site, GST, Labour cess etc. complete.

Providing mild/cold twisted steel reinforcement in all RCC works as per the directions of Engineer in Charge, including bending and binding in position, including cost of steel, including cost of all labour charges, transportation charges of all materials to worksite, cost of binding wire, minor tools, GST, Labour cess etc complete.

Providing and fixing of weep hole 3" dia through 4Kgs/Sqm including cost of pipe and cutting and placing of the same in to the concrete at work place, including cost of transportation charges of all materials to work site, cost of minor tools, all labour charges, GST, labour cess, etc. complete
