Design, Supply, Installation, Construction. Testing & Commissioning of 20KW Roof Mounted Solar Power plant with and including lhe following items all as specified and directed: (a) Photo voltaic modules, MonoCrystalline Silicon Modules with minimum rating of Solar Panel 315 WP and above to 370WP, including Hot dip galvanized MS module mounting structure in C-lip/ Strut Channel of 3mm thickness with 20 degree tilt angle or as structure design, 80 to 85 micron minimum thickness of zinc coating ends of purlin shall be covered with plastic end caps also including complete hardware like nuts bolts washer/spring washer should be of stainless steel 304 grade etc, PCC 1:2:3 Concrete foundations(300x300x300)mm for mounting structures along with M10x100 Hilti fastner with nitro bond Chemical including 1CX 6 Sqmm DC solar copper cable and PVC insulated and sheathed cable of 1100V grade on surface /ground etc. The complete structure withstand maximum wind speed at site. All accessories like MC4 Pair connector 1000V DC ,Al or Cu Lugs, Cable Tag, cable tray, Cable gland cable tie fastners etc included in quoted rate complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation. testing and Commissioning of 20KW three phase outdoor type Inverter, LCD display, with all safety protection features- Anti islanding, Ground fault monitering, Anti reverse power controller, zero export, duly synchronized with DG supply and cutoff protection i.e no generation when there is no electric supply, complete all as per MNRE guideline, all as specified and directed at site by the GE.

Supply, installation, testing and Commissioning of DCDB with MCB of rated capacity as per plant rating with suitable size of DC fuse for 3 to 4 strings with 2 Nos of SPD Type-2 of rated capacity, inclosed in a indoor panel with sutable glanding complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply installation, testing and Commissioning of ACDB with MCB TPN 63 Amp 4 pole 10 KA, 415 V rupturing capacity, and fuses for each strings inclosed in a inclosed in a indoor panel with sutable glanding complete all as specified and as directed

Supply .Installation ,testing and commissioning. factory made and tested, LT panel board Outdoor type, weather, vermin proof, suitable for Mounting ACDB, DCDB, Inverter, Meters etc inside the panel duly mounted on platform with angle iron leg of size 40x40x6 mm thick, including ventilation arrangement and keeping adequate working space inside the box with double door arrangement to be provided with proper hinged, door handle incuding locking arrangment etc and made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet duly powder coated paint, also mark danger letter with conventional skull and bones in signal red colour including foundation of panel in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) of required/suitable size complete all as specified and directed

S & F ,Electronic Energy Meter ,(Solar power generation) meter polycarbonate body of accuracy class 1.0 with backlit LCD display of rating of 05-30 Amp temper proof, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F bidirectional Electronic Energy Meter in polycarbonate body of accuracy class 1.0 with backlit LCD display of rating 0-60 Amp, 3 phase with necessary CTs and PTs temper proof, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 40 mm bore HOPE pipe for protection of cable including all connecting fitting and accessories like Bends tee, Junction , saddles etc laid in trenches or fixed to wall for protection of cable/earthing strip etc complete all as specified and directed

Supplying laying jointing testing and commissioning of single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable, 11OOV grade 16 sq mm copper cable multi stranded conductor green colour for earthing of equipments complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

Supplying laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of LT UG XLPE insulated screened PVC beded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade complete of size 35 sqmm 3.5 core all as specified and directed (Note - cable may be laid in trenches, under road across the nallah, along poles/walls and in ducts etc. Excavation, earhtwork, sand cushioing, cable cover, pipe for cable protection to be measured and paid for separtely) complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge

M&L for Chemical Earthing pipe in pioe technology copper plated electrode, outer dia 2 inch and inner Electrode 1.5 inch, 3 mtr long, terminal size 32X6mm, copper coating 100 microns, inner pipe duly filled with anti corrosive crystalline mixture conforming to IS 3043-1987 along with 2 bag of electrodite /BFC of 25 Kg each and making hole in earth of suitable dia by drilling machine or by any means etc and making test point earthing pit with PCC 1:2:4 TYPE B-1 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in pit chamber and RCC pit cover 50 mm thick precaust RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, duly reinforced with MS round bars 6 mm dia @ 100 c/c both ways 10 mm dia MS round bar as in lifting handles, complete all as specified and directed and testing on completion. Note :- If the desired earth resistance is not found, earthing shall be redone by the contractor at no extra cost to the department.

Supply and fixing Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall/ burried in ground duly mounted on Insulator with screwson wall/roof/structure etc as required on site of size 25 X 3mm copper strip complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply , installation ,commissioning and testing of conventional type /spike type lightning protection arrestor/device made up of Copper electrode of 16mm dia with multiple spike points 05 Nos of 8 mm dia length of electrode in this way that should be at least 2 mtr above panel height with suitable size base plate /flange on one end including all necessary fixing arrangement like copper nut bolts and washer etc.complete all as specified and directed at site.

Supply , installation ,commissioning of MS /GI Supporting mast of dia not less than 50mm dia with base plate and length 03 mtr long including Guy wire and all accessories with bakellite insulator and PCC for foundation including suitable for mounting lightning arrestor as required and directed on site

Excavation in trenches, n.exc. 1.5 mtr wide and n. exc 1.5 mtr in depth for fdn, cable, pole, stay etc and getting out complete

Returning filling with earth obtained from excavation including spreading, watering and consolidating in layers not exc 25cm

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point

Sand filling in trenches with clean dry nd unwashed including gently punning around cables complete all as specified

Supplying and laying un-reinforcement Precast conrete cable covers Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm for cable protection for LT cable aid in trenches complete all as specified.
