Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 25 KVA, BIS energy Level-II, 3 phase, 11KV/0.415 KV, 50Hz, Oil immersed naturally air cooled (ONAN) type aluminium wound core type Delta-Star (HV-LV) Transformer with neutral brought out in accordance with IS for earthing, vector group reference DYn-11, continuously rated for full load temperature rise not exceeding 50 degree centigrade complete with first filling of oil. The Transformer shall have Conservator tank with breather and silica gel, Explosion vent, Cable termination box on LV side with suitable knock outs for cable entry and suitable bushings on HV side comply with IS 2026/IEC 60076-1977 as amended up to date and as per specification attached etc. as required i/c installation of the transformer on existing GI/MS channels of DP structure / existing CC plinth , connection of HT conductors in bushing site and LT cable in LT site etc. complete as required. (BEE approved Certificate of Transformer manufacturer for 160 KVA DT should be submitted by the Contractor)

Supply of R. S. Joist poles of size not less than 100mmX116mm (Flange and web thickness-8mm, 23 Kg/Mtr run) with M.S. Base plate of 300mmX300mmX10mm thick welded at the base of pole as per IS 2905-1966 i/c painting with one coat of red oxide and two coats of aluminim oxide paint etc. as required. (make- SAIL/TATA/Zindal-ISI).

Erection of metallic pole of following length in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required. (a) Above 8.0 metre and upto 10.0 metre

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 200Amps 11 KV, off load, single break, triple pole, horizontal type, gang operated air break switch (Heavy duty) having 2 nos. 11 KV post type insulator per phase complete with galvanised channel iron base, arcing horns, 25 mm dia. 6 mtr. long GI pipe, tinned copper wire braided flexible earthing wire & operating handle with locking arrangement, fixing on DP structure along with nuts, bolts, washers etc. complete as required.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 3 phase, 200Amps, 11 KV outdoor type Horn Gap Fuse unit having 2 nos. 11 KV post type insulator per phase complete with GI base channel, cu-wire etc. on DP structure along with nuts, bolts, washers etc. complete as required. (one set comprising 3 units).

Drawing/laying of 3 core, 11 KV grade, XLPE insulated, galvanised steel armoured, earthed type, 35 sqmm stranded Aluminium conductor power cable, overall pvc sheathed On over head with one no 55 sqmm AAA conductor as bearer wire etc. complete as required.

Supply and making of out door type end termination with heat shrinkable type jointing kit along with all accessories for 3 core, 11 KV grade, 35 sq.mm. XLPE insulated, earthed type cable etc. complete as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing RCC ring of 300 mm dia and 450 mm depth enclosure with RCC cover plate having lifting arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required.

Supply and fixing 25 mm x 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

The spacing between the angles shall not exceed 1.5 metres.

Supply and fixing of center opening door made of 25mm dia medium class G.I. Pipe & 8 SWG dia 75 mm x 75 mm GI square wire mesh i/c providing hinges, locking arrangement, painting and supply of lock and keys etc. complete as per attached drawing as required.

Supply and spreading of sand of 50 mm size stone aggregate for the transformer yard etc. complete as required.

Supply of coarse river sand and filling of cable trenches and wall openings with it to prevent entering of flooded water into the panel rooms including cost , conveyance, royalties and taxes, cost of labour for loading, unloading, shifting to spot and refilling, sundries, T & P required for the work etc. as required.

Supplying of 9.5 Litre capacity MS bucket with conical pointed, painted in post office red colour with prior coat of red-oxide paint and written with white paint 'FIRE' and mounted on existing angle iron frame with bracket of appropriate size & capacity including filling of sand etc. (one set comprising of 3 units).
