Job work for manning and operation of central AC plant at OFP Sig Centre, MH under GE (West) Agra.

Amount

1. Manning, operation and comprehensive maintenance of central Air Conditioning plant of (Plant shall be run for one shift of 08 hours on all days except Sunday and closed holidays) of by one operator for its smooth functioning by maintaining temperature 25 degree centigrade plus minus 2 degree centigrade and humidity between 50 plus minus 5% inside the shed including cleaning of plant and its surrounding, maintaining log sheet (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly & half yearly) and routine maintenance and detection of leakage & its rectification including charging of refrigerant gas and compressor oil complete, AC plant shall be comprising of the following: - (a) Compressor mode SMC/8-65-03 Nos Make-Accel. (b) Shell and tube ype condenser with piping and valves model No 300-6 capacity P-ET-03 Nos. (c) Compressor motor 30 HP-03 NOs Make ABB. (d) Monoblock centrigugal condenser pump of 7.5HP capacity Make Beecon-03 Nos (e) Cooling tower FRP type with CT fan motor-01 No. (f) Refrigerant pipes, valves and gauges. (h) Electrical control panel. (j) Strip heaters, damper and ducts. 2. Central Air conditioning plant of OFP area capacity 3 x 23 TR. Note :- At each location from Ser No (a) to (j) above total 38 shifts (one person per shift). 1.01 Semi skilled person per shift as per existing rate (Basic Rate+VDA) including GST. 1.02 Contribution towards Employees Provident Fund (EPF) as per existing rule. 1.03 Contribution towards Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) as per existing rule. 1.04 Contribution towards Bonus as per existing rule. 1.05 Contractor's Over Head & Profit on Total Serial No. 1.01 to 1.04. 1.06 Labour Welfare Cess (LWC) as per existing rule on total Serial No. 1.01 to 1.05. 3. Manning, operation and comprehensive maintanance of (Plant shall be run for three shift of 08 hourses each i.e round the clock) both plants located within 200 mtrs distance at MH Agra by one operator on all days including Sunday and closed holiday for its smooth functioning by maintaining temperature 25 degree centrigrade plus minus 2 degree centigrade and humidity between 50 plus/minus 5% inside the shed including cleaning of plant and its surrounding, maintaining log sheet(daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly & half yearly) and rountine maintenance and detection of leakage & its rectification including charging of regrigerant gas and compressor oil complete of the following AC plant:- (a) Central Air conditioning plant of X Ray unit of capacity 3x9.5 TR and air conditioning plants at ICU of capacity 3 x 9.5 TR. (b) Central Air conditioning plant of OT dept of capacity 3x14 TR and air conditioning plants at labour room of capacity 3 x 9.5 TR. (c) Water cooled package type water chilling air conditioning plant at Signal Centre of capacity 2 x 20 TR and (01) one NO of capacity 1 x 20 TR as standby at Signal Centre. Note:- At each location from ser No 2(a) to (c) above total 135 shifts(One person per shift)
