Repair/ maintenance of DG set of capacity 320KVA, 1500 r.p.m Make of engine Greaves Ltd, model TBD 24V, and alternator Stampford, SM No 177079 installed at MES 'D' Pump house quarterly(as ordered by Engr-in-charge) for effective and efficeint functioning including repairs & replacement of all consumable/ mooving parts of Engine and alternator all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. maintenance shall be carried out comprises of following work services:- a) Check/ inspect the functioning of all stationary and rotary parts of engine & alternator thoroghly and repair/replace where necessary for smooth functioning. b) Check lubricating oil level of engine if less top it up with new lubricating oil of proper grade as directed by Engr-in-charge. Including Replace Lub oil filter and fuel filter . c) Check water/ coolant level of radiator if less top up. d) Check battery terminal condition do needful tightening. e) Check distilled water level of battery if less top it up to required level. f) Check fan belt tension, adjust if required and reoplace when become unserviceable. g) Remove air cleaner element from air cleaner assy,clean it and place it at its existing position also check the oil pot and re fill if necessary. h) Check generator cum alternator coupling, replace bushes if required. j) check serviceability of dynamo, starter, repair these where necessary. check all electric connection of alternator & panels do needful tightening for trouble free functioning. k) Clean the DG set outer body thoroughly with cleaning agent. l) Start engine, check oil pressure, oil temp, battery charging meter, r.p.m, Voltage output, frequency, etc if any problem report to concerned MES rep and repair the defects immediately. Note : (i) Parts required for replacement shall be measured and paid seperately.

Servicing, repairing, calibartion of FIP set with specified manufacture's instruction and replacement of unserviceable component by providing new as per existing size and make all as required at site of DG Set 320 KVA. Calibartion should be done from reputed/authorised agency and test certificate should be produced before claiming the RAR.

Disconnecting all incoming and outgoing rubber hose from radiator and drain out checking radiator assembly and taking down the radiator assembly for carrying out servicing, cleaning thoroughly the choke pipe, soldering/ brazing the leakage pipe after completion of above work, reflixing the same to its original position of 320 KVA DG sets .

M & L for draining out the fuel tank of DG Set of 320 KVA of the following capacities and keeping it in a separate container, cleaning the fuel tank all lnternally & externally by removing all the accumulated sediments, including one coat of black synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide and reflxing the tank to its original position & refilling the fuel back into the tank.

Ditto all as per item No 4 above but DG set capacity 63 KVA Make of Engine Greaves Ltd model 3YDC MK III and alternator Kirloskar, SM NO 176735 installed at Booster Pump House.

Servicing, repairing, calibartion of FIP set with specified manufacture's instruction and replacement of unserviceable component by providing new as per existing size and make all as required at site of DG Set 63 KVA. Calibartion should be done from reputed/authorised agency and test certificate should be produced before claiming in the RAR.

Disconnecting all incoming and outgoing rubber hose from radiator and drain out checking radiator assembly and taking down the radiator assembly for carrying out servicing, cleaning thoroughly the choke pipe, soldering/ brazing the leakage pipe after completion in of above work reflixing the same to its original position of 63 KVA DG sets

M & L for draining out the fuel tank of DG sets of 63 KVA of the following capacities and keeping it in a separate container, cleaning the fuel tank all lnternally & externally by removing all the accumulated sediments, leak testing the tank and welding/brazing including one coat of black synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide and reflxing the tank to its original position & refilling the fuel back into the tank .

Ditto all as per item No 8 above but DG ste capacity 30 KVA Make of Engine Kirloskar, model RB33 and alternator Kirloskar, SM NO 176734 installed at Filter House.

Servicing, repairing, calibartion of FIP set with specified manufacture's instruction and replacement of unserviceable component by providing new as per existing size and make all as required at site of DG Set 30 KVA. Calibartion should be done from reputed/authorised agency and test certificate should be produced before claiming in the RAR.

Disconnecting all incoming and outgoing rubber hose from radiator and drain out checking radiator assembly of DG sets and taking down the radiator assembly transporting the same to civil workshop for carrying out servicing, cleaning thoroughly the choke pipe, soldering/ brazing the leakage pipe after completion in of above work reflixing the same to its original position for the 30 KVA DG set

M & L for draining out the fuel tank of DG Set 30 KVA of the following capacities and keeping it in a separate container, cleaning the fuel tank all lnternally & externally by removing all the accumulated sediments, leak testing the tank and welding/brazing including one coat of black synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide and reflxing the tank to its original position & refilling the fuel back into the tank .

Dittp all as per item No 12 above but DG ste capacity 32.5 KVA Make of Engine Kirloskar, model RB33 and alternator Kirloskar, SM NO 202901 installed at Sewage Booster Pump House.

Servicing, repairing, calibartion of FIP set with specified manufacture's instruction and replacement of unserviceable component by providing new as per existing size and make all as required at site of DG Set 32.5. Calibartion should be done from reputed/authorised agency and test certificate should be produced before claimning in the RAR.

Disconnecting all incoming and outgoing rubber hose from radiator and drain out checking radiator assembly and taking down the radiator assembly for carrying out servicing, cleaning thoroughly the choke pipe, soldering/ brazing the leakage pipe after completion of above work, reflixing the same to its original position of 32.5 KVA DG sets .

M & L for draining out the fuel tank of 32.5 KVA DG sets of the following capacities and keeping it in a separate container, cleaning the fuel tank all lnternally & externally by removing all the accumulated sediments, leak testing the tank and welding/brazing including one coat of black synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide and reflxing the tank to its original position & refilling the fuel back into the tank.

Taking down the unserviceable turbo charger assembly after disconnecting the machanical connections from DG Set of capacity 320 KVA of any make /type opening and throughly checking to carrying out repairs to the turbo charger assembly and replacing the turbo charger repair kit and spares as required incl calibrating , servicing and assembling and fixing back the turbo charger assembly to its original position and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for repair & rewinding of exhaust fan motor(for 5 KVA DG set) 1 phase, 230 Volt AC, 50 Hz,1400 rpm,380 mm sweep by using super enamelled copper wire as per existing gauge ,heating and varnishing complete. The fan motor shall be of any make. the repair work involves taking out burntout winding coiles from stator, cleaning of slots throughly, removing all dirt , grease and other unwanted particle, replacment of unservicable parts where required including exhaust fan blade (as directed).

Checking & inspecting addressable fire alarm system consisting of fire alarm panel up to 8 zones- 01 No (Loop card) Micro processor base, logic card, Alpha numeric Keypad, having not less than two loops, maintenance free batteries 2 x 12 volts, smoke detector - 118 Nos, sounders - 01 Nos & manual callpoint - 4 Nos including Finding/tracing out the faults in fire alarm control panel 24 volts & rectifying Faults and making control panel in serviceable condition in all respect.

Note- The Job must be completed within 24 hrs when taken in land for excution to avoid water crises to the user. The man power, T&P etc must be arranged on the day when shut down is permitted by Khadakwasla which will be intimated to the contractor in advance.

Dismentling all water connections, removing & taking out from elect motor/ foundation existing unserviceable pump DSM 80-36, S& F Centrifugal pump energy efficient 83m head, 23 LPS discharge,bronz impeller 2 Stage, confiming to horizontal split casing type mounted on heavy duty bearings suitable for 440 volts 3 phase, 50Hz, including mounting frame complete all as per manufacturer instructions and including addition/ alteration/ alignment to existing system as directed by Engineer in charge.

S& F in replacement online water pressure switch suitable for pumpset 1/2 to 1.5 HP, 230 volts single phase, 50Hz, including mounting on pump complete all as directed by Engineer in charge. Make CRI /Dafoss/ Aqua Tech
