DG SET
Supplying of factory assembled and factory tested multi cylinder water cooled electric start Ready to Use (RTU) type DG set in a sound proof canopy complete with all accessories, batteries, fuel tank, Manual Control Panel etc. as per the specifications attached. (i) Diesel Engine Capable of delivering minimum 399 BHP and suitable for delivering 320KVA coupled with alternator.(ii)Three phase, 50HZ, 415Volts 1500 RPM Alternator capable of delivering 320 KVA at 0.8 p.f., at site conditions and coupled to diesel Engine mentioned above.(iii)Sound proof canopy as per CPCB approved norms and duly having type certificate from authorized agencies suitable for above DG set. Complete unit as reqd as per specifications. The canopy is to have inbuilt tray at the base for oil spillage.
Installation, Testing and Commissioning of existing 320 KVA DG set i/c tesing of DG set at site for alteast 6 hrs on full load and 1 hr on over load by the competent authority.The DG set shall be put on exchange load and tested for atleast 30 minutes for trouble free operation.Note:-The necessary load and diesel for these shall be arranged by the agency.
Dismentalling of the existing 400 KVA DG set from the site i/c deassembling of canopy.engne alternator and accessories and shifting the same at suitable place as decided by the engineer incharge.
Dismentalling of the existing newly supplied 320 KVA DG set from nearest motorable road to the existing foundation i/c deassembling of canopy.engine, alternator and accessories and shifting the same at existing foundation i/c carriage from the downstairs by heavy labour at site and reassembling of complete DG set with canopy as per instructions of the engineer incharge.(Note:- The agency shall visit the site before quoting rates for assessing the situation. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account due to any reason whatsoever)
Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.
Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.
Providing and fixing 25mmx5mm GI strip on surface or in recess for connections etc as required
