OXYGEN GAS OUTLET POINT : Supply, fixing , testing and commissioning of Oxygen Terminal Unit (Gas outlet point), with probe for oxygen, front loaded colour coded wall / panel mounting type complete in all aspect with following specifications : (a) It would be front insertion type. (b) Terminal unit would have mechanism with check valve. (c) Allow single hand operation. (d) On first insertion of probe the probe shall sit in a standby position. At this stage there shall be no gas flow, only on pressing the probe second time, the gas supply would start. (They would close automatically when connected apparatus is removed). For allowing on line maintenance the terminal unit would be equipped with a check valve for all positive pressure gases for closing gas supply whenever the outet point is opened.

All the nuts for fixing the ball valve would be of brass with brass nozzles for easily brazing with copper tube. All ball valve assemblies would be on approachable height for easily operation.

B.P.C FLOW METER & HUMIDIFIER : Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of BPC Flow meter with humidifier bottle , BPC single type Pipeline, Flow Meter unit duly fitted with the fine adjustment valve, backpressure compensated to bear and control the Oxygen Pressure approx. 60 PSI. Flow meter unit shall be consisting of double wall rotta-meter having range of flow 0 to 13 litre per minute with fine adjustment valve. The rotta meter and humidifier bottle shall be made of clear, impact resistance polycarbonate (duly graduated). The unit shall be have attachment to fit humidifier bottle of capacity 100 MI. consist of clear, impact resistance polycarbonate jar. This would also have Reciprocating on top for flow meter/plastic cap having nozzles for outlet tubes and the inlet tube end, multi function combination bubblier/ nebulizer to add the humidity and create an aerosol in Medical Gas with min marks on jar including supply of PVC Clear green tube of 1.5mtrs long duly fitted with disposable Oxygen mask complete all as specified and as directed .

OXYGEN MANIFOLD 10+10 : Supply , fixing, installation, testing and commissioning oxygen manifold for bulk cylinders (10+10) complete all as specified and as directed with the folllowing details:- (i) The manifold should be able to withstand a pressure of 2400 PSI. (ii) The main frame is made out of MS angle iron of size 50x50x6 mm in such a way that the cylinders are in upright position and does not fall down. (iii) The gases passed through inter-connecting tail pipes duly ftted with suitable bull nose and nut adopter for cylinder valve and tube size is 10 mm OD. Copper tube duly annealed, having wall thickness 1.5 mm in spiral shape and the other end of the tail pipe are fixed with non-return valve. The non return valve are fixed in brass block of size 25 mm square vertically which are fitted with high pressure copper tube of size 15mm OD, having wall thickness 1.5 mm. (iv) Both the arms of manifold further fixed in automatic control panel. (v) All the joints of copper tube, brass block, and inter connecting tubes are welded with silver brazing. (vi) Pressure release safety valve shall be provided as directed. (vii) The manifold is fabricated in such a way to give distribution flow of 1500 itrs per minute. (viii) The manifold shall be degreased and purged with inert gas before commissioning. (ix) The manifold shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamal paint over a coat of red oxide primer as per color code. (x) All above work shall be done strictly as per specification and entire satisfaction of Engineer in-Charge.

FULLY AUTOMATIC OXYGEN GAS CONTROL PANEL : Supply , fixing, installation, testing and commissioning of fully automatic controll panel for Mainfold system with specifications and features as given below:- (i) Electric audio and visual indicators for each bank status. (ii) Electric audio - visual indicator at the time of changeover. (iii) Independent gauges and indicators. (iv) Automatic changeover from one line bank to reserve bank and vice versa. (v) In built low pressure audio visual alarm. (vi) The control panel shall be supplied as a pre tested self contained unit and is installed in the middle of both arms of manifold and fabricated in such a way that it would withstand a working pressure of 2400 PSI.

Medical Gas Monitoring Alarm:: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Medical Gas Monitoring Alarm CE Marked (AREA-WISE/MAIN) Suitable for 01 Gas only. Gas failure Alarm shall be provided which must be capable of monitoring all the Medical Gases. This alarm would be of ELECTROMECHANCIAL TECHNOLOGY, To detect the fault, pressure sensors, which detect deviation from the normal operating limts, shall be installed. Each pressure Gas shall displayed by colored LEGEND'S to show normal and Low' conditions. At the time of receiving the fault the normal window indicator/ stop indication and other window would blink and it also gives audio alarm. The alarm panel shall have a test facility to check the internal circuits, mute facility for making silent the buzzer, acknowledgement facility for receiving the fault and reset facility for resetting the alarm after rectifying the fault complete all as specified and directed.

AUTOMATIC DUAL CHANGEOVER : Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of automatic digital duel supply and one output Oxygen gas change over, made out of MS sheet of minimum thickness 1.2 .mm, duly powder coated, having independent pressure gauges ,showing incoming and outgoing gases status, with digital pressure reading and microprocesser based pressure sensors, along with twin shuttle valve for auto changeover of gas along with 3 Nos isolation valve suitable for 500-100 LPM of oxygen flow 4 bar (16 PSI) max. The unit shall be capable for uninterrupted oxygen supply. In case of variation in supply delivery pressure, the digital reading numbers become RED and in case of normal the same numbers remain GREEN and at the time RED, there should be buzzer. Two no oxygen regulator should also be provided.The unit should be capable of uninterrupted oxygen supply complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fixing sleeves for insulation with closed cell elastomeric nitrile rubber insulation with pipe section of density 60+20% Kg/cum, 20 mm thick for copper pipe of size 22 mm dia alongwith providing aluminium cladding over it complete with applying resin and insulation tape and fixing with suitable clamps complete all as specified and as directed .
