Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Laying old cement cocrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost). As Per SOR ch-35

Providing and Laying of Interlocking Concrete Block Pavements having thickness 80 mm as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 1504.

Brick work with common burnt clay (non modular) bricks of class -150 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in ::Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) As Per SOR Ch-8

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) As Per DSR 2023 item No-13.5.1.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. As per DSR-2023 Ch No-13.80

Finishing wall with premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade New work (Two or more coats applied @1.43 litre/10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @.90kg/10sqm) . As Per DSR-2023 Ch No-13.47.1

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture As Per DSR 2023
