CERTAIN REPAIR TO SECURITY WALL GATE CONCERTINA COIL FENCING AND CERTAIN OTHER MISC B/R WORKS AT AF STN DHANSA AND INDAURA UNDER GE (AF) GURGAON

M&L for preparation(complete removal of existing treatment) of old decorated external wall/ceiling surface of existing treatment by scrapping with Trucare Wall Sander : L-01/H-01 (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sand pad of 80 grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc or equivalent makes viz Xpress sanding machine having suction vaccum bag or by manual scrapping tools where mechanical removal is not possible and applying Two coats of wheather proofing exterior acrylic emulsion paint over a coat of primer premium quality on wall/ceiling surface including applying 1-2mm thick wall care putty over disturbed surface during preparation of any reason, sand papering thus make surface smooth upto 4th storey buildings complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (a) Each stage of complete removal of existing treatment and preparation of surfaces after applying putty shall be got approved from Engg-In-Charge before applying the finishes coat. (b) Material shall be procured from manufacturer and work shall be got executed through authorised applicators of manufacturer.

M&L for preparation of old treated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls/ceiling including cornices by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down, smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spot, filling cracks/holes with putty and applying one coat of wheather proofing exterior acrylic emulsion paint on walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick or stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, precast concrete articles etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone works and ,complete all as specified.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' old size brick, straight or curved on plan exc 6.0 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 etc complete all as specified.

M&L for half brick work with sub class 'B' old size brick, straight or curved on plan exc 6.0 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 etc complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on brick,concrete or stone surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified

M&L for 15 mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:4) on brick or concrete surfaces including rendering on fins, fascias, chajja, parapets etc and finishing the surfaces even and fair (without using extra cement) complete all as specified.

Supply only intergral water proofing compound ISI Marked complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying Two coats of wheather proofing exterior acrylic emulsion paint over a coat of primer premium quality complete all as specified

Uprooting completely tree/plant upto 30 cm girth from wall or any part of building upto double storey buildings, making good the disturbed portion and filling holes in cement mortar 1:3 or PCC 1:2:4 to match with existing surfaces and removal of rubbish outside MOD land complete all as specified.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates) 25 mm thick as in sub base of flooring/tiles etc complete all as specified.

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) for bedding of tiles complete all as specified.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on vertical surfaces for backing of tiles complete all as specifed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 600X300X 6-7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match complete all as specified.

M&L for Non - skid (joint free) coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors/skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified.

M & L for hard core of gauge n exc 63mm, deposited spread and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface.

M & L 100mm thick cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base including use of necessary form work.

M&L for 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B1, using 20mm graded aggregate as in floor finished even and smooth without using extra cement including use of necessary form work.

M & L for 38mm wide glass dividing strips, 3mm thick, inserted in position, conforming to design

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 with )using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub base of flooring etc complete all as specified.

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified.

M&L for 22-25 mm thick chequered designer coloured tiles (matt/glass finish), size, colour and shape as approved by GE, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match etc complete all as specified as directed.

M&L for providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete.

M&L for cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping benching, gola, slightly rounded and similar items complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, coping, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work, complete all as specified.

S&F in repair 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipe and single socketed in any length with rubber ring joint fixed to wall.

M&L for Use and waste of form work to sides of concrete foundations, footing, bases of columns, raft beams, sides and soffits of plinth beams and similiar works etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted concrete surface plain/kerb stone moulded over 10cm width or girth by cleaning, brushing etc and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Precast cement concrete kerb stone in any floors and paving not exc 15 cm thick above or below ground level all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and as directed.

Ceiling shall be hanged to roof trusses / purlin rafters with the help of GI wire not less than 4mm dia at an interval n. exc 1m , the size of the metallic powder coated ceiling tiles 600 mm x 600 mm complete all as specified.

Dewatering the PVC water tank of capacity upto 500 ltrs cleaning and removing all scales and dirt etc by scraping with hard plastic/nylon wire brush, removing lid without distrubing pipe line system and float valve/refixing of float valve and making functional after cleaning and writing letter "Tank cleaned on_____ (date, month and year)” boldly with thick white/black/yellow synthetic enamel paint including cleaning of existing letter complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F of SS 304 grade lock for toughened glass door including all fittings as per specifed and directed by Engr-in-chrge

S&F of self closing hydarulic stainless steel 304 grade top/bottom patch with pivot for toughened glass door including all accessories and fixing complete all as directed by Engr-in-chrge

S&F of self adhessive film for toughened glass door complete all as directed by Engr-in-chrge

M&L for removal of blokage in sewage line between manholes of various sizes by any means by using Kambore NM-01 No Kamgarb 5 Ltr 01 No, Kambore 1075 up-01 Nos Retriever 150 including removing Rugs of any type, dirt etc complete upto the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge Note : (i) The rates quoted in the above item includes cost of T&P like Kambore NM-01 No Kamgarb 5 Ltr 01 No & Retriever 150 etc complete. (ii) The lines measured once can not measured again within three months, if block in the same lines re-occure with in three months the contractor has to remove the blockage and shall not be paid extra for this (iii) Minimum two persons shall be deployed by contractor and they shall be present on all working days for attending the complaints of Sewage. The complaints shall be detailed by JE/AGE concerned. In case of non attending of complaints within 20 hours except on holidays, the recovery @ Rs 100/- per complaint shall be made from contractors dues. (iv) All the above machineries shall be procured and shall be deposited in complaint cell of AGE B&R-II, AF Station Palam within 20 days on commencement of the work

M&L for removal of blokage of soil/waste pipes WC, WHB,Bottle Trap, Floor Trap etc running on external wall of buildings, complete all as specified and directed

Cleaning of manhole upto 1 m depth and removal of sludge silt/liquid/mud/sand/water etc in foul position to outside the MoD land complete all as specified and directed

All as per item No 87 here-in-before but exceeding 1m and not exceeding 2m in depth.

Dewatering of soak well by means mechanically 2.4 mtr dia and 6 mtr depth complete all as specified.

Desludging of septic tanks (200 users) mechanically by removing all loose materials and sludge and cleaning the same with water by Jet Machine and removal of sludge/silt/liquid/mud and sand (in foul position) etc outside the MOD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains , making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or ¾ section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished and reforming benching so required 150 m dia complete all as specified.

Demolition & breaking up drain pipes (salt glazed stone ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar including bed concrete internal dia of pipe 150mm and removal of demolished materail out of MoD land complete all as specified.

All as per Srl item No.99 here-in-before but internal dia 200mm.

Material and Labour for concrete bed to 150 mm bore drain pipes in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested.

All as per item No 101 here-in-before but bore of pipe 200 mm.

Material and Labour for 150 mm internal dia reinforced cement concrete pipes drain pipes class NP-3aid in trenches and jointed complete all as specified..

All as per Srl item No. 103 here-in-before but internal dia of pipe 200mm.
