Taking up or down 15mm steel tubing and connection including cleaning for re-fixing or removing from site and S&F of 50mm bore GI pipe with all fittings fixed complete to wall, ceiling or laid in floor.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) each area exc 1.5 sqm but n.exc 4.0 sqm all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Lacquer coated Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick with grey cement & pigment, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors cement laid over and including screed bed/ bedding layer of 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) finished even & fair complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 20mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) in two layer of 10mm thick each with using WPC shall be mixed with cement mortar in finishing outer layer only as per manufacturer's instruction, on other than fair face of brick/stone masonry (external surfaces) finished surface fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (WPC shall be measured and paid separately as supply only)

Rough excavation in hard/dense soil not exc. 1.5 metre in depth and getting out complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in soil/back filling of retaining walls using approved earth obtained from excavation including watering, well ramming etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars, 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally, hooping for columns, hookings ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for labour for Mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto including 10mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders cut to length, bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks exceeding 10 cm in width and settting in cement mortar 1:6 type C1, (1:3:6) (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as per IS-383 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for non skid coloured ceramic tiles of 7 to 8mm thick ( Square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 Sqm but not exc 0.36 Sqm as in floors etc conforming to IS-13712, grade B-II-(a) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over and including cement screed bed/bedding layer of 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for mild steel tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS-1161-1998 grade St-240 including one shop coat of zinc chromate primer paint (including preparation of surface) at contractor's workshop before fabrication and fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 2nd class hard wood Plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 35mm thick 2nd class HW plain, framed, paneled shutters (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9mm thick BWR commerical ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial face veneering on both faces. The size of rail & site as per IS : 1003 (Part-I), Kiln, seasoned & chemically pressure, treated complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of factory made steel windows with side hung shutters openable type including friction/box type hinges steel handle and peg stay complete with glazing bars fixed to existiog opening and making good to match as per existing surfaces including taking out old/unserviceable steel windows complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 4.0 mm thick tinted sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing without putty in square in exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 150mm long aluminum anodised tower bolts of extruded section and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for preparation of old painted surfaces of wood & wood based materials over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated wooden surfaces of any description exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 2nd class hard wood in scantling fixed in clean sawn complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 55 above but except timber scantling.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6), type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in plinth protection; path / hardstanding etc laid in bays / panels not exc.2.00 Sqm each including construction joints at suitable interval and each corner and filled with bituminous mastic filling (1 part bitumen & 3 part sand) and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' (E/M WORKS) Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, inlcuding fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from boards/outlet boxes, DBs, fittings and fixtures such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, lamp holders, brackets, ceiling fittings, bulk head fittings, tube light fittings and regulators etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down MCB of any type or rating and keeping aside complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Earthing complete in repairs with Advance encapsulated compound based CPRI tested maintenance free, pipe-in-pipe technology upgraded (Zinc & Alloy Coated), ZINC COATED (80-100) microns with pure Zinc(99.9%) & ALLOY COATING (200-250)microns. Earthing System confirming IS 3043.The outer and inner pipe should be 48.3mm &26.4mm 2mtrs Length, Zinc coated with additional special Alloy coating 300mm on the topside for additional protection of the Terminal. The annular space between the pipes being filled up with COMPACT FILL(CF) (Crystalline Conductive Compound). The COMPACT FILL (CF) mixture which is machine pressed inthe pipes should not disintegrate or collapse when outer pipe corrodes. The inner pipe should be extended with terminals for connectivity ,The job includes digging the pits and refilling the same by BARONS Electrodite OR Conductolite Back Fill compound (Ground Enhancer), the BFC should be eco friendly it should not contain environmentally hazardous material/metal having ROHS Certification from NABL accredited lab. The earth pit should be provided with a FRP OR EPCC earth pit cover for protection and safe guard of terminals. In areas where soil condition is bad, GOOD EARTH ie BLACK COTTON OR MOISTUROUS NORMAL SOIL is to be arranged to fill the excavated pits by mixing the arranged soil with BFC 2 TO 4 bags ELECTRODITE 0R 2-4 BAGS CONDUCTILITE BFC FOR INSTALLATION OF EARTH ELECTRODE. The electrode should be of galvinised (80-100 micron) along with earth lead as Galvanised steel strip of size 32 X6 mm, 7.5 m. including excavation earthwork etc connected to electrical eqpts/panels and testing on completion all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
