SPECIAL REPAIRS TO RCC OVERHEAD RESERVOIR AT P-13 PUMP HOUSE AT HBTC, MARVE AND PROVN OF RAINWATER HARVESTING SYSTEM ALONGWITH ACCESSORIES NEAR BUILDING NO P-2 AT HBTC MARVE UNDER GE (NORTH) SANTACRUZ

Material and labour for surface preparation of existing concrete components including grinding/rubbing carefully by grinder without damaging the existing concrete including cleaning the surfaces by blower , removal of external plaster wherever exists. Cost inclusive of transportation, labour conveying debris away from the Defence land, tools and tacklers, lead and lift and clean water thoroughly complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note- 1. Work is required to be carrried out to a height upto of 15mt above GL. Contractor shall take into account the said criteria while quoting the rate. 2. The contractor shall make provision of steel scaffolding with all safety materials required to execute work etc as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work (upto 7.5m height) including necessary scaffolding arrangement (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) and removing concrete debris and depositing outside MD land all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix TMT bars, 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1. Cutting of rusted reinforcement & welding shall be inclusive in this item of work 2. Work is required to be carrried out to a height upto 15mt above GL. Contractor shall take into account the said criteria while quoting the rate. 3. The contractor shall make provision of steel scaffolding with all safety materials required to execute work etc as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Note: 1. Cutting of rusted reinforcement & welding shall be inclusive in this item of work 2. Work is required to be carrried out to a height upto 15mt above GL. Supply & fix MS/TS dowel pins/staple/shear pins including drilling holes in concrete and providing labour but excluding the materials for grouting the pins etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for repairing of damaged concrete portion by using superfluid dual shrinkage compensated structural grade M-40 micro concrete of at all levels with all leads and lift as directed including mixing, laying, levelling, finishing and curing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Fosroc / SIKA / BASF / Krishna Conchem or equivalent approved .

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 ( Nominal mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation, footing, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, plinth beams, mass concrete and similar work etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Formwork and reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately

Material and labour for formwork using steel shutters or 12mm marine ply to have the smooth finish to pour the micro concrete/ concrete including de-shuttering etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1. Work is required to be carrried out to a height upto 15mt above GL. Contractor shall take into account the said criteria while quoting the rate. 2. The contractor shall make provision of steel scaffolding with all safety materials required to execute work etc as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing and applying rust cleaner of approved make over prepared reinforcement, including removing concrete all around reinforcement including from behind the reinforcing bars by manual methods such as hammering the rebar, using wire brushes, chiseling, etc. and applying rust removing solution of approved make with cotton waste swab to reinforcements etc complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
