(f) Sixth stage is the second bacteria screening and sterilizing method by using ultra violet ray by heavy duty UV radiation which shall have covering 360 degree of sterilization with the tank to kill all suspended bacteria. (g) Seventh stage of cleaning and third bacteria screening is to sterilize the floor and wall of the water tank by using oxidizing agent Bleaching powder or equivalent non- toxic bio- degradable eco friendly anti bacterial agent certified by Govt approved laboratory to disinfect the over head tank from all harmful pathogens complete all as specified and as directed.

(Note : cleaning of 2x Semi UG sump of capacity 0.50 LG is considered as one job)

Note for item No. 1 To 23 : (a) The cleaning will be done as per mechanised seven stage process and results will be verified by the competant authority. (b) The notice for the interruption of water supply shall be intimated to the concerned Engineer In Charge prior to execution of the work and and the process shall be completed within 24 hours of begining the work to avoid inconvenience of water supply in the effected areas. In case the contractor fails to complete the complete cleaning process and resuming the water suooly within 24 Hours , panel recovery of Rs 5000.00 per day will be recovered for the job effected for which the contractor shalll not have any extra claim whatsoever from the Dept.. (c) The unit rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to be inclusive of Writing date of cleaning in white letters of size as directed on black background.

All as per Item No.23 above but for Water Treatment plant capacity 9 MLD consisting of 06 Nos Sumps, 04 Nos Filtration beds, 02 Nos Intake tanks, raw water passing drains, Treated water collection tanks - 04 Nos, Sludge/back washing drains approx 60RM. The job also include two coat of synthetic enamel painting of pipe lines, gear boxex, MS mixer's incude valves of various sizes and white wash of filters beds complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for comprehensive cleaning of B Block Natural Water Resource and FAD Natural Water Resource of approx 1.0 lakh litres by complete washing out of old settled muddy sand, soil mixture (sludge) etc and removal of settled sludge to a suitable distance not exc. 50mtr complete all as specified and as directed. The rate includes cleaning of pipe lines of approx distance of 1KM from pump house each side include one coat of lime white wash complete all as specified and directed. (Note : 1. Cleaning of one Natural resource be considered as one job . 2. Cleaning of Natural resources be carried out as per requirement on urgent basis).

Material and labour for comprehensive cleaning of swimming pool of size 50m X 21m (Olympic Size with Diving Zone) metres situated near Rhino Shopping Complex by complete washing out of old settled water including scrapping off the old surfaces using wire brush/stainless steel wiper etc and removal of settled sludge to a suitable distance all as directed at site and cleaning of entire swimming pool by using bleaching powder, tiles cleaning chemicals, detergent and wiping off residual waste water through the drain out chamber including sun drying complete all as specified and as directed . (Note: The work shall be carried out by the contractor after seasonal closure of swimming pool)

Material and labour for lifting of submersible non clogging pump set from sewage well including dismantling all connections and keeping aside for reinstalling after comprehensive cleaning of sewage treatment plant reservoirs at Phase-II area such as collection cum equalization tank, CC tank, tube settler tank and clear water sump by dewatering and removal of existing sludge from various chambers and scrapping off after draining out waste/sludge and depositing to a suitable location as directed at site, cleaning of all reservoirs mentioned above using bleaching powder and wire brush and wiping off properly including sun drying before re commissioning at site complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Proper shut down shall be taken before commencement of subject work

Material and labour for lifting of submersible non clogging pump set of capacity upto 12.5 HP from sewage well including dismantling all connections and keeping aside for reinstalling after comprehensive cleaning of sewage well by extracting complete sewage settlements/sludge/mud/waste particles and disposal at a distance not exceeding 50 metre from the sewage pump house complete to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out old UNSV MS Angle/ channel/ Sheet from Open well & Jack well sumps and supply & fabricated MS Covers from 50x50x6mm thck MS Angle Iron frame, MS sheet of size 3mm thick, MS rods, (Fe.290.Gde-E-165) include handle for lifting complete include painting with one coat of Red oxide paint and two coat of synthetic enamel paint as per existing size complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Job include cutting corroded structure by welding, fabrication of new structure by welding, cutting and fixing with suitable arrangements).

Taking out Old UNSV MS level gauge and Supply and fix New MS level gauge of same length as existing having marking of levels at various intervals with bold letters so that it is visible from distance. The work include fixing the gauge by welding , painting and connected assy such as level indicator, float ball, SWR rope and fixing level in floor of UG sump of 2 Mtr height complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out suction pipe of 150mm bore with defective CI foot valve of 100 mm dia for replacement of the foot valve (ISI marked) including necessary nut, bolt, washers and cutting threading of GI pipe/MS Pipe and lowering in the sump ccomplete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out suction pipe of 150mm bore with defective CI foot valve of 150 mm dia for replacement of the foot valve (ISI marked) including necessary nut, bolt, washers and cutting threading of GI pipe/MS Pipe and lowering in the sump complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour labour for painting of MS structure of of PSS tank of capacity 1 LG from outside tank all sides including MS staging upto height of 20 Mtr height having, MS structure, MS/CI/DI Pipe lines inlet/outlet/overflow include fittings and various type of valve as per colour code complete from ground level to tank including one coat of red oxide primer, one under coat and one finishing coat of synthetic enamel paint of Sky Blue colour complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for complete cleaning of inside surface of Pressed steel tank (over a height of approx 20 mtr) with wire brush (including hammering, sand blasting to remove heavy rust) removing of mild scale and rust by application of rust removing chemical by brush and leave the surface to react for 15-30 Mins. Then the rusty surface will change their colour. After that remove the loose particles of rust by wire brush complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Sika Rustoff 100 or equivalent in Pidilite/ FOSROC

Material and labour for one coat food grade epoxy based Zinc rich corrosion protection primer by stirring the hardner and resin individually with mechanized strirrer of proper size. Then add the entire content of the hardner into Resin container and stir the two components throughly using a low speed mixer for about 2 to 3 minutes until a uniform colour of the mixture is obtained. One coat of 100 micron need to be applied on total inside steel surface and external surface where needed complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour for coating with foodgrade coaltar epoxy resin (two part reaction hardening chemical resistant coating of low solvent content based on coal tar epoxy resin in combination with mineral fillers)after through mixing of a base and hardner, the mixed material is applied on the steel surface including second coat where it is needed. Since the pot-life is very short, application must be done very quickly (Inside of tank application only). complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour for removal of old inter panel sealant and use a solvent free two component epoxy resin, mixing the component A and B at recommended ratio and prepare the sealing material and use it in between the jointing panel as sealant to assure all the interplate joints are sealed in appropriate manner complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Sika Guard 694F (I) or equivalent in Pidilite/ FOSROC)

Competent person should be present during execution of work. (f) The complete work will be carried by or in persons supervision of M/s Rays Cleantech/M/s M L Treatment/ M/s MS Tank Cleaning Pvt Ltd or other professional agency for doing such type of work and after completion of work necessary testing certification be obtain by them by the contractor rates to be included in the quoted rates.(g) All waste material/ sludge /mud/ muddy sand retrieved after repair/ cleaning works to be removing from site and dispossed off in low lying area out side the cantt. Rates of transportation to be included in the quoted rates. If contractor fails to doing the job a panel recovery of Rs 3000.00 will be recovered from the job effected for which the contractor shalll not have any extra claim whatsoever from the Dept..
