Taking down of existing tarfelt and cement plaster of any description and thickness on roof top including flashing and junction of parapet and cleaning existing roof top surface by brooming , wire brushing incl removing the debrish out of MOD land complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of mud in roofs any thickness including plastering and leaping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) and removing the debrish out of MOD land all as specified and as directed

Dismantling of brick tiles on terracing tiles, single layer on roofs complete all specified

M & L Cement concrete Type B0 1:2:4 ( 12.5mm graded stone aggregate ) in roof padding complete all as specified

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on concrete surface in cement plaster 1:4 finished even and fair without using extra cement by using Dr. fixit @ 1 % of wt of cement content complete all as directed. (Note :- Water proofing Compound measured and paid seprately) (on roof).

Supply only water proofing compound all as directed Make : Dr Fixit

Taking down rain water pipes (any size or pattern) including all fitting heads, shoes, bends swan -necks,

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone wall etc including raking out joints, hacking for key , scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed

Supply and Fixing 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls including suitable clamps after every one meter of interval complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) bends of radius 110mm dia fixed to PVC pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks, capicity exc 500 & n. exc 1000 ltrs setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position after Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in-Charge . Note :- The rate of necessary GI nipple of any size , long threaded barrel nipple shall be inclussive in the unit rate of the item.

Demolition of brick work (parapet wall ) built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complet e all as specified and directed as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M&L for brick work with subclass 'B, brick, straight or curved on plain eexceeding 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as dircted by Engr-in- charge .

M& L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on brick or concrete wall surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

Taking down 20 mm steel tubing and connections in walls , ceiling, floors etc for refixing or removal complete all as specified .

Taking down 15 mm steel tubing and connections in walls , ceiling, floors etc for refixing or removal complete all as specified .

Re-fixing 20 mm steel tubing including all fitting and connections in new or old position (wall, ceiling, floors etc ) complete all as specified.

Re-fixing 15 mm steel tubing including all fitting and connections in new or old position (wall, ceiling, floors etc ) complete all as specified.

Preparation of surface of roof / Chajja with polymer mortar , cracks (other than hair cracks ) filing by cutting it into "V' groove and fill it with polymer mortar made out of Shali crete/ Liquidcrete, a single component multifunctional acrilic polymer having solid content 29% of STP make IWL India Ltd / soprema / Texsa cement and coarse sand in the ratio of 1:2:5 and finally having a cement mortor plaster of (1:6)premixed with STP No 1/Liquiplast of IWL India Ltd./Shaliplast LQ +of STP or equavalent of average thickness of 20mm and finished with coving at all junction wherever there is a change of direction complete all as specified and as directed . note : polmer Mortarcrack filler shall be measured and paid seperarely.

Application of Primer coat with mix of shali crete// liqui crete of IWL India Ltd , a single component multifunctional acrylic polymer equivalent as above and cement in 1;2 ratio and applying @ 1Kg sqm of the mix and allow into dry for 3 to 4 hrs complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing & laying in non-accessible roof, chajja . Parapet etc of first coat of shali urethane BTD/IWL India Ltd / liquithene BTD water based single component white coloured poly urethane liquid membrane having solid content over 80% service temperature from Minus 20 deg C to + 100 dg C, Zero VOC content and with excellent UV stability conforming to ASTM C 836 and 6083 of STP make IWL India Ltd / TEXPUR of Texsa / Hyperdenso of Alchimica / New flex of WR grace using @ 1 kg / sqm and laying. ShaliGeo Text 50 or ShaliGeo Text Nylon/ glass fiber net with an overlap of 50mm on both directiojns and ceiling over lap joint fully while the surface is tacky and allow to dry for 10 to 12 hrs , thereafter applying second coat of Shali urethne BTD / liquid thane BTD @ 1 kg per sqm saturating the reenforcement and allow it to cure for over night , all deck slab parapet are to be coated and terminated at the outer surface of para pet . Note:- (A) rate of incl for necessay scafolding wherever reqd . (b) each step must be approved by Engr in chage / GE before proceeding to next step complete all as specifed and directed.

Providing a separation layer with 200 GSM non woven GEO texttile with and overlap of 50mm on both direction and spot seal it to avoid desplacment . Finaly a slip layer of 200 micro polythine sheet with an over lap and spot stick the overlap before PC complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 20 mm dia medium grade GI tubing with all fitting and fixed complete to wall and ceiling or laid in floor complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 15mm dia medium grade GI tubing with all fitting and fixed complete to wall and ceiling or laid in floor complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparations of newly plastered surfaces as on wall and applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 in roof kerbs rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in - charge.
