Cleaning of blockage floor/nahani/bottle trap of wash hand basin/sink/bathrooms/kitchen and wc (any type) by using hand pump with rubber bucket or by cleaning rod till clear flow of water is observed all complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of blockage sewer lines of any dia in any position by rodding from both sides between two adjacent manholes or from inspection chamber to manhole or from gully trap to inspection chamber or through inspection eye of any depth till clear flow of sewer/water is observed complete all as specified and as directed at site by Engineer in charge. Note:- Unit rate quoted shall deemed to be included of cleaning of scurbs, grass small roots etc, around the manholes, inspection chamber at adjacent to the pipe lines cleaning etc and along sewage lines wherever required or as directed and no extra payment shall be made on this account).

Cleaning of blocked / socked manholes and removal of sludge, soil, & any materials found from manholes by manually or machinically including flushing with water throughly.The depth of manhole not exceeding 1.00 mtr, complete all as specified and as directed.

Description same as per item no. 3.00 but the depth of manhole exceeding 1.00 mtr but not exc. 2.00 mtr.

Description same as per item no. 3.00 but the depth of manhole exceeding 2.00 mtr but not exc. 3.00 mtr.

Cutting in to existing manhole for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel ( ½ round or ¾ section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required internal dia pipe 150 mm dia pipes, all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of septic tank of any capacity, inclduing excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m in dept in mud in fould poistion by de-sludging, disilting and getting out all silt, sludge, organic and inorganic materials by manuyally / mechanically and removing the sludge to a distance exc 250 mtr but not exc. 500 mtr away from site and burrying in to pits and covered with earth including spreading bleaching powder @ 1 kg per sqm complete all as directed at site. After complete cleaning of septic tank the manhole cover shal be re-fixed in same position with CM 1:4 and bleaching powder spread on top surface of septic tank @ 1 Kg per septic tank complete all as specified and directed at site.

Description same as per item no. 7.00 but depth of septic tank exc 1.5 Mtr and n. exc 3 mtr.

Excavation in trench in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5M wide and not exceeding 1.5M in depth for sewage line, manhole etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and n.exc.1.50m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete.

Description same as per item no. 9.00 but depth exc. 1.50m but not exc 3.00m from ground level.

M & L cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) concrete bed to 150 mm bore of drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Description same as per item no. 11.00 but 200 mm bore of drain pipes.

M&L 150 mm internal dia of salt glazed stoneware (SGSW) drain pipes grade ‘A’ laid in trenches & jointed cement mortar 1:1, and including demolition and breaking up drain pipes, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in Soft/Loose soil including spreading, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete.

Removing excavated material to a distance n exc 50M and deposited where directed at a level n. exc 1.5m above the starting point complete.

M & L Brick work with sewer bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius for man-holes/septictank /soakwell etc, in sewer work in CM 1:4, and including demolition of brick work or stone masonary built in cement mortar, complete all as specifed and directed.

M & L 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% per one Kg of cement by weight or as per manufacturer instruction on brick work or concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement and including taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately as supply only

M & L 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% per one Kg of cement by weight or as per manufacturer instruction on brick work or concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete. Supply only Integral water proofing compound complete. Make:- Water seal from Acro Paints, Accorproof from PCC, Pidlite industries Ltd.

M & L preparing of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces on walls and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L providing pre-cast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slab of manholes, septic tank, soak well etc set in cement mortar 1:4 with plain fair faces including chamfered weathering, throating etc with necessary form work and including demolition of reinforced cement concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia as in reinforcement, cut to length, benty shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and hinding with mild stee wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete.

S&F in repairs PVC (SWR) 75 mm bore pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints with solvent cement fixed to walls incluidng clamping complete all as specified and directed.

Description same as per item no. 24.00 but bore of pipe 110 mm.

S&F in repairs PVC (SWR) 110 mm bore pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints with solvent cement, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L non skid / mat finish ceramic colour tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over with 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 and including dismantlng of exising old tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L glazed ceramic colour tiles on vertical surfaces such as skirting and dado etc (300mm x 200 mm) x 7 mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in whtie or coloured cement to match over with 10 mm thick plastering as screed bed in CM 1:4 etc and including dismantling of existing tiles all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
