Suppy and installation , testing and Commissioning of silent Diesel Engine Driven Generating set 40 KVA, 415 Volts , 3- phase 4 wire ,engine as per IS : 10001/10002 and Alternator as per IS : 13364 complete with relay panel and switch gear for automatic starting on main failure (AMF panel ) alongwith bypass arrangements for both Main & DG contactors, control panel having meter and sound proof canopy and 100% ecofriendly and designed to meet CPCB- IV + norms etc complete all as specified in Clause 30.18.4 of Particular Specification on page no 121-122 of tender documents and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply laying and testing U/G cable XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip armoured elect power cable heavy duty with standed aluninium conductor 1100V grade system of cross section 120 sqmm x 3.5 core laid in trenches / duct/ fixing on walls/poles or passing through pipe including connecting installation/ equipment/panel with suitable lugs , glands , nuts-bolts & asher and testing complete allas specied and directed by Engr-in-charge .

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m width and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard and dense soil for laying / repairing of LT cable / GI pipe .

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m away and directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the straight point

M&L for clean dry sand laid in trenches/ducts for bedding and cushioning to cable, including spreading and levelling complete all as speccified. Note : Punned Thicknes of sand shall be measured for payment.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling,watering and well ramming excavated any type soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each , filling back in trenches after cables have been laid and tested, poles,stays,struts have been erected and tested complete all as specified.

Supply and lay PCC cable covers for LT cable protection , class LV type 1 of size 250x150x40 mm^3 .

Material & labour for earthing with Copper plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connections by using Copper strip of Size 20 X 3 mm as earthing lead (upto the body of the equipment) by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron and thimbles and protected by light grade 40mm dia GI pipe connected to main switch board or main control board and GI pipe medium grade 20mm bore for watering and including funnel , wire mesh , RCC pit cover and PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, including excavation and earth work in any type of soil , returning , filling in approved soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 5 of SSR 1991(Part-I) complete all as directed. Note : The unit rate includes for protection pipe and GI Earth strip 32 x 6mm from top of earth plate upto 7.5m above ground level.

Supply,installation,commissioning and testing of LT outdoor panel board (factory made of approved CPRI) not less than 150cm x 100cm x 50cm mounted outdoor type made out of CRCA sheet 2mm thick dust proof, powder coated from both side, individual door, factory locking system with two side ventilation suitable for working on 415 volt AC supply including bus bar chamber and copper bus bar of capacity 200 Amps rating for phase and neutral mounted on hygroscopic insulator fixed in a separate bus bar chamber separate compartment for incoming and outgoing feeder prewired with suitable size of copper conductor cable including fitted on 50 x 50 x 6mm angle iron frame including PCC foundation and provision of lugs and bushing for housing the following :- (i) Electrolite Copper bus bar 200 Amps for phase & neutral -04 Nos (ii) MCCB 4P 100 Amps, 16 KA -01Nos (I/C) (iii) MCB 4P 63 Amps, 02 Nos (O/G ) (iv) Indicator lamp (LED R-Y-B) - 01 set (v) Multi functional digital voltmeter and ampere meter including suitable and appropriate CTs - 01 Set

M&L for making platform for DG set using masenery type 1:5:8 using 20 mm graded aggregade with solid blocks & PCC ( 1:2:3) foundation concrete, 15 mm thick plaster in 1:4 and 2 coats of cement base paint with allowable size for minimum height from GL 1 feet and surface area not be less than 5.0 mtr X 2.5 mtr complete to entire satisfaction of Engineer - in - charge .
