List of Financial Resources with Certificates

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24 Achieved in at least two financial years a Minimum financial turnover (in all classes of Electrical engineering/construction works only) of Rs.59.85 Lakhs in the last 5 years reckoned back from 2023-24 duly updating the financial turnover at 10% per annum. Audited profit and loss statement certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant along with copies of IT returns filed for the two years indicated above and shall bear the UDI Number shall be furnished

Satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of the contract value), as prime contractor, at least one similar work of value not less than Rs.29.92 Lakhs (Usually not less than 50% of the estimated value of the Contract) during last 5 years reckoned back from 2023-24. The cost will be updated to the present value by giving weightage of 10% each year, if the work is completed prior to the year 2023-24. The certificate should be obtained from the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concerned Division / Equivalent officer and countersigned by the Superintending Engineer of the concerned Circle / next higher officer Similar Work Means:- Electrical maintenance Work

Executed in any one year, the following minimum quantities of work (for a continuous period of 12 months) (Useualy 80% Annual Requirement) for the work up to 100 lakhs 1)Electrician/Lineman/Skilled laubor (Electrical inspectorate copy- wire man license should be upload-)2310 mandays

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs.17.95 Lakhs (Credit lines/ letter of credit/ certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc. (usually the30% of amount of contract) For works costing up to 100.00 lakhs.

Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value.

A valid Registration Certificate of Class-I Electrical Registered Contractor / Electrical Inspectorate Department.

A valid EPF Registration Certificate which is registered under Employees Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provident Act, 1952

A valid ESI Registration Certificate which is registered under Employees State Insurance Act, 1948

A valid GST Registration Certificate which is registered under Goods and Service Tax GST
