Lining with design mix cement concrete of Grade M-15 with minimum cement concrete 240 kg./cum, 75mm thick in curve portion and side slopes including dressing and preparation of sub grade, 10mm thick cement plaster 1:5 with concrete paver, as per HSR item No. 14.10. 1.2 (derive)

Lining with design mix cement concrete of Grade M-15 with minimum cement concrete 240 Kg./cum, 75mm thick in bed including dressing and preparation of sub grade, 10mm thick cement plaster 1:5 with concrete paver as per HSR item no. 14.10.1.1 (derive)

Providing and laying in position ready mixed plain cement concrete, M-15 grade (cement content considered @ 240 kg per cum) upto plinth level, using fly ash and cement conctent as per approved design mix and manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for plain cement concrete work, including pumping of RMC from transit mixer to site of laying and curing, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing, including cost of curing, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate/retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Fly ash conforming to grade 1 of IS 3812 (Part 1) only be used as part replacement of OPC as per IS: 450. Uniform blending with cement is to be ensured in accordance with clauses 5.2 and 5.2.1 of IS:456-2000 in the items of BMC and RMC. (HSR item no. 6.23.1.1)

Brick work with common burnt clay non-modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:4 (1cement:4coarse sand) HSR item no. 7.21.1

Demolishing brick work in cement mortar manually by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 m lead as per direction of Engineer- Incharge HSR item no. 5.7.4

Dismantling lime concrete, cement concrete block lining manually/by mechanical means and disposal of material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-Incharge HSR item no. 5.21

Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual mean in foundations and trenches or drans (not exceeding 1.50m width or 10 sqm on plan), i/c dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.50 m i/c soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m in all kind of soil as per HSR item no. 4.14.1

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 caurse sand (zone-III):8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all work below plinth level and upto floor IV level. As per HSR item no. 6.1.6

Providing and placing fixing in position 20mm thick premonlded joint filler in expnsion joint for fixed joint end of simly supported spans not exceeding 10m to cater for a horizontal movement upto 20mm, covered with sealant complete as per drawing and MoRTH&H specifications. HSR item no. 27.51.3 drive

Filling expension joints, with special imprevious hot pour 12.5mm wide, HSR item no. 14.18

Steel reinforcement for RCC work, where not i/c complete rate of RCC, i/c straightening, cutting bending, placing in position, binding, wastage, overlapes, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire etc. complete in all respect above plinth level, thermo-mechanically treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more, note: Reinforcement shall be measured in length including hooks, if any spearately for different diameters as actually used in work, excluding overlaps, wastage, overlaps, couplings, welded joints, spacer bars, chair stays, hangers and annealed steel wire or other methods of binding & placing shall not be measured and cost of these items shall be deemed to be included in the rates for reinforcement. HSR item no. 6.34.6

Excavating, supplying and filling of locanl earth (including royality) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 1 Km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20cm in trenches, plinth, side of foundation etc complete, HSR item no. 4.33

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5m width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and desposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m in all kind of soils as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. HSR item no. 4.12

Brick work with common burnt clay non-modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:3 (1cement:3coarse sand) as per analysis of rate attached (drive)

Providing, lowering, laying, cutting (cut surface to be uniformly finished), jointing with rubber rings marked with IS: 5382 and testing o SPIGOT AND SOCKETTED RCC pipe NP2 450mm dia MARKED WITH IS: 458-1988 and specials is into trenches for all depths including carriage, loading, unloading, stacking, handling, re-handling etc. complete in all respects to the satisfaction to the Engineer-In-Charge. HSR item no. 20.62.6

Removing hume pipes NP2/NP3/NP4 including excavation and taking out the pipes manually/by mechanical means and stacking the pipes within standard lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge upto 600mm dia pipes, HSR iterm no. 5.53.1

Centering and shuttering including strutting propping etc. and removal of form for suspended floors, roofs, landings and balconies. HSR item no. 6.30.3

Providing, laying patchwork with stone aggregate of grading-II laid to water bound macadam specifications after trimming the pot holes, removal of failed material, hand packing, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregates, watering, and rolling with smooth sheeled roller 8-10 tonne per technical clause 404 of MORTH&H specifications complete HSR item no. 17.53.1

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion using emulsion ressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surfaces cleaned with mechanical broom as per technical clause 503 of MORT&H specifications HSR item no. 17.26.1

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix surface of 20mm thickness composed of crushed stone aggregates of specified grading premixed in a continuous type of hot mix plant of appropriate cpacity not less than 75 tonne per hour, with bituminous binder VG-10 @ 1.46 Kg per sqm, laid with paver finisher mechanical and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and grades complete as per technical clause 510 of MORT&H specifications. HSR Item no. 17.33.1

Providing and laying of premix sand seal coat premixed in continuous type HMP of appropriate capacity not less than 75 tonnes/hours, using spcified fine aggregates and penetration grade bitumen @ 0.68 Kg/Sqm laid to specified levels, grade and cross fall complete as per Technical clause 511 of MORT&H specifications (Type B with VG-30 bituminous binder). HSR item no. 17.36.4

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for RCC work using cement conctent as per approved design mix, i/c pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement i/c admixture in recommended proportions as pre IS:9103 to accelerate, retard settting of concrete, improve workability as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. (Note: cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/per cum. Less cement used as pe design mixed recoverable. However no extra payment shall be made if excess cement is used as per design mix. All works upto plinth level. HSR item no. 6.25.1

Centering and shuttering including strutting propping etc. and removal of form for foundations, footings, basis for coloumns, HSR item no. 6.29.1
