M&L for Scarifying or picking gravelled,macadam or bituminous macadam surface in area not exceeding 400 Sqm and depth not exceeding 100 mm deep etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick (compacted thickness) water bound macadam (WBM), with Granite, trap or basalt of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 ( 50 to 20 mm size) , spread, rolled and consolidated with 8-10 tonne power roller to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of surfaces of WBM surface with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc and sweeping with brooms and finally fanning to clean the surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a tack coat with bitumenous primer using tatanic bituminous primer paving bitumen VG-30 at the rate of 10 kg / 10 sqm over WBM surfaces and M&L for premixed hot mix Asphaltic Semi Dence Concrete using 5.5% binder content (VG-30 Grade paving bitumen) by weight of total mix and with thickness of 30 mm (consolidated Thickness) including rolling with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller to uniform and smooth surface and consolidation to required gradient and camber all as specified and directed.

Note1 :- Cement shall be used as filler at mininum 2% by weight of total mix in event of variation in design mix the percentage of filler content shall be on plus side adopted. (b)SDAC shall be as per MORTH specification Note2: - (i) Laying shall be done by means of self-propelled mechanical paver, finishing with electronic sensor and hydraulic controls with suitable speed and capable of laying, spreading, tamping and finishing. (ii) Mix shall be obtained from computerized hot mix plant and spreading shall be done by using mechanical paver only) (iii) The mix shall be designed by job mix formula and approved by GE. (iv) Cost of testing charges, materials and transportation etc for job mix formula and Independent testing during execution of work shall be inclusive in the unit rate quoted and no extra payment shall be made on this account.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam (consolidated thickness not more than 75 mm) with 4% binder content of paving bitumen of grade (VG-30) by weight of total mix laid and rolled with 8-10 tonne power roller to required gradient and camber up to outer edges of roads on existing black top surfaces complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: - (i) Cost of testing charges, materials and transportations etc for job mix formula shall be inclusive in the unit rate and no extra payment shall be admissible on this account. (ii) Mix shall be obtained from hot mix plant and spreading shall be done by using mechanical paver only.

M&L providing and laying of hot applying thermo plastic compound including reflecting glass beads at 250 gms/sqm area of thickness 2.5 mm exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC -35. The finished surface to be leveled uniform to make free from strek and holes etc as per MORTH method complete.

Removing excavated materials (soil) to a distance n.exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs CAT Eyes as (Road Stud) 120mm x 90 mm size made of poly carbonate moulded body with electro nically welded prismatic retro range on both sides of maximum retro reflection in wet and dry condition to be fixed with bituminous adhesive BT-69 complete all as specified and directed. (Make - 3M/Sun Eyes/Dark Eye)

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinfoced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness ( below or above ground level ) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8), type D-2, using 40mm graded stone aggraegate as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4), type B-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in kerb stones, PCC bock of delinators complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition old laid bedded and pointed in any mortor stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 80mm thick Machine pressed rubber moulded precast concrete interlocking paver block glossy look any shape and size confirming to IS 15658 2006, of M-40 grade with grey coment and pigment complete all as specified and directed. (Make :- Mehatab Tiles, NITCO tiles ,Metro tiles, Dayal shri Processors)

M & L sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work / stone boulders masonary built in cement mortor incl all Quoins, arches,pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with sub class 'B' bricks, with using modular size brick straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius in built in cement and sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cm 1:4 finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement mixed with WPC complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC will be measured seperately).

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound PIDPROOF LW+ of Dr Fixit or equivalent as approved.

M & L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in drains and surface channels complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel in 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Manufacturing, supplying and fixing Retro reflective informatory sign boards of rectangular / square/ circular shape of size exc. 0.5 sqm but n.exc. 1.5 sqm with support length of 2000 mm and made up of 2 mmm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting confirming to type-IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, massage (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as perIRC 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure confirming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable size aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of M.S. angle iron of size 25x25x3 mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos. of M.S. angle of size 35x35x5 mm to a vertical post made up to M.S. Tee section ISMT 50x50x6 mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5 mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing & fixing M.S. message plate of required size, steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical MS-Tee support to be painted in black and white colours). Backside of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat including all leads and lifts and fixing in ground with PCC (1:3:6 type C-2) etc. complete as per specification and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
