M&L for aluminium anodised snap grid frame work of size 605x605mm for false ceiling with hanging arrangement of 6mm dia G.I (upto 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slab by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40x3 mm size and 60mm long and expension hold fastners 12.50mm dia 40mm long complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non asbestos 4mm thick fibre cement building boards fixed or laid / inserted to aluminium frame work with screws as in false ceiling fixed in ceiling flat or sloping complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55 mm thick two unequal flanges of 20 and 30mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm center to center/ Intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having to equal flanes of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx x 900mm center to center with GI cleat and steel expension fastners with and including ceiling section ( not exc 1.2m length ) of 0.55mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.50 mm fixed to the intermediate channel at 457 mm center to center. Including Hangers 6mm dia GI up to 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slab by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI Flat 40x3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fastners 12.50 dia. 40 mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

S &F Providing and fixing 10 mm thick plaster of paris ceiling (Gypsum anhydrous) to flat surface over 2nd class hard wood fillets, or metal frame and work with GI wire mesh( fillet, Metal frame work and GI Wire mesh paid seprately) including sunk or raised mouloding complete all as specified and as directed.

Box type Steel windows with double shutters (inside for wiremesh & out side for glass), hinges, steel handle, tower bolt and steel peg stay complete with glazing bars dovetailed or welded. WIRE MESH –Stainless steel wire mesh of 0.3 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperature 1.40mm. Grills window shall be provided with grill made of 10mm square MS bars welded to 12mmx6mm thick MS plate. Distance between bars should not be more than 12cm c/c. Total grill unit shall be enamel painted and fixed to window frame with screw. Note: The glazed/Guaged shutter includingguard bars shall be measure once i.e. as per area of opening. Polymer modified cement mortar in Required proportions(1:5:15) to RCC members Including Hand packing, curing and making the surface rough for plastering.
