Demolition of padding of brick bats laid in cement or cement-lime mortar, any description, including taking up, if any, existing bituminous / polyethylene treatment or whatsoever thereto on roofs /curbs, etc., and in any position with removal & disposal of rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- Demolition shall be done carefully and any damage caused to the surface of existing roof slab shall be made good in all respect by the contractor himself without any extra payment by the Department.

Demolition of lime surkhi composite padding, any description, including taking up, if any, existing bituminous / polyethylene treatment or whatsoever thereto on roofs /curbs, etc., and in any position with removal & disposal of rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- Demolition shall be done carefully and any damage caused to the surface of existing roof slab shall be made good in all respect by the contractor himself without any extra payment by the Department.

Material and labour for P.C.C. Type B-1 (1:2:4 using 20 mm coarse aggregates) laid in slope as in roof padding smoothly finished to receive further treatment, using integral waterproofing liquid compound as per manufacturer's instruction (to be measured and paid separately), complete all as specified and as directed. (Minimum thickness of padding shall be 50 mm at any point on the roof surface.).

Material and labour for cement screed bed / plaster , of mix type 1:3 of minimum thickness 25 mm, laid in slopes not less than 1:100 and not exceeding 1:60, as in roof padding finished even and smooth using steel trowel without using any extra cement, using integral waterproofing liquid compound as per manufacturer's instruction (to be measured and paid separately), complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Integral waterproofing liquid compound as per IS 2645. (MAKE:- CONPLAST WL of FOSROC, PLASTIMENT 2001 NS of SIKA, or Equivalent makes.

Material and labour for cement concrete fillets of size 75 x 75 mm at roof junctions of Type B-1 (1:2:4 using 20 mm coarse aggregates) smoothly finished to receive further treatment, using integral waterproofing liquid compound as per manufacturer's instruction (to be measured and paid separately), complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for application of roof treatment with APP modified bituminous waterproofing membranes over concrete/ masonary/ plastered surfaces as per the following:- (i) M&L for application of bituminous primer conforming to IS 3384 for priming concrete/ plastered or masonary surfaces @ 0.4 litres/sqm incl. necessary surface preparation as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and as directed. (MAKE:- ShaliTex Primer of STP Ltd. or equivalent makes) (ii) M&L for application of 3.0 mm thick APP-modified bituminous prefabricated waterproofing membrane reinforced with spun binded non-woven polyester matt finished with mineral granules on top exposed surface weighing not less than 3.90 kg/sqm ± 10%, over primed surfaces using butane torch, primed/torched at sides & ends with an overlap of 100mm & 150 mm respectively to seal the joints completely, incl. necessary surface preparations as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and as directed. (MAKE:- SuperThermoLay of STP Ltd. or equivalent makes)

Disconnecting existing tanks 2000 Ltr capacity from its position keeping aside for carrying out roof treatment work, refixing serviceable tanks in its position after finishing of roof treatment work or taking away unserviceable tanks complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- Roof treatment work shall be measured and paid seprately).

All as per item No. 8 above but 1000 ltrs capacity.

Supply and fix in repair "ISI Marked" Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (trippled layer ) 2000 Ltrs capacity (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) conforming to latest IS:12701, hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and as directed. MAKE: Rotex, sintex, Polywell, SPL, Polycon, Diplast, Nilkand / Sintex / Polycon / Oriplast/ Jindal Jaipur

All as per item No. 11 above but 1000 ltrs capacity.

Material and labour for forming 65 x 75 mm sized grooves in brick parapets, tucking APP membranes inside and thereafter sealing it with cement mortar of mix type 1:4 using integral waterproofing liquid compound as per manufacturer's instruction (to be measured and paid separately), complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 20mm bore galvanized steel tubing incl. connections, segregating & cleaning serviceable pipe for reuse complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 15 above but 25mm bore size.

Supply and fix 20mm bore medium grade galvanized steel tubes in conformity to latest IS 1239 with all fittings/clamps and fixed to wall or on floors etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Make:-

All as per item No. 17 above but fixing only. (Note : Cleaned Serviceable GI pipe obtained from item No. 15 above shall be reused).

All as per item No. 19 above but 25mm bore size (Note : Cleaned Serviceable GI pipe obtained from item No. 16 above shall be reused).

Supply and fix in repairs 20 mm sized high pressure PTMT float valves with epoxy coated aluminium rod & HDPE ball floats screwed with iron pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs 25 mm sized high pressure PTMT float valves with epoxy coated aluminium rod & HDPE ball floats screwed with iron pipes complete all as specified and as directed. Make for item Nos, 10 & 22:- Prayag / Polytuf / Supreme / Prince.

Supply and fix in repair Gun-metal, globe or gate valves size 15 mm dia, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair Gun-metal, globe or gate valves size 20 mm dia, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and as directed. Make for item Nos. 23 & 24:- KALPANA /Upadyaya/ RMCO/ Veenus / Zoloto / Leader.

Taking down UPVC rain water pipes of any size fixed to walls and cleaning serviceable lengths for reuse, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down UPVC fittings including shoes, etc. and cleaning serviceable fittings for reuse, complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only serviceable PVC pipes obtained from item No 25 above with and including existing serviceable or any new required PVC saddle clips, complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only serviceable PVC fittings incl. shoes obtained from item No 26 above to UPVC rain water pipes, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Type 'A' single socketed UPVC pipes of 110mm bore conforming to latest IS 13592, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls with and including PVC saddle clips, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix UPVC bend/shoe of 110mm size conforming to latest IS 14735, fixed to PVC pipes with rubber ring lubricated joints, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix UPVC couplers/ connecting couplers of 110mm size conforming to latest IS 14735, fixed to PVC pipes/fiitings with rubber ring lubricated joints, complete all as specified and directed. Make for item Nos. 29 to 31:- Prayag /Polytuf / Supreme / Prince / Reliance / Jain pipes / Finolex. / Kisan / M/S Fusion Industries LTd

Material and labour for cementious grouts mixed with admixture (as per manufacturer's instructions) around water spouts/ PVC pipes of any dia complete all as specified and as directed. (Make: Cebex 100 of Fosroc/Intraplast EP of SIKA/or equivalent make as approved by the GE.)

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment on old plastered surfaces of walls and application of two coats of cement based paint, first quality, on walls/chajjas/projections of any colour as approved, including preparation of surfaces to receive it, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of existing decorated surfaces surfaces of walls/projections incl. washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered surfaces and application of single coat of cement based paint, first quality, on such surfaces in any colour as approved, complete all as specified and directed. Make for item Nos. 33 & 34:- Asian / Berger / Jenson & Nicholson / Shalimar.

Demolition of brickwork built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. including removal & disposal of debris off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class B, old sized bricks of class designation 75, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on brick work using integral waterproofing liquid compound as per manufacturer's instruction (to be measured and paid separately) and surface finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to soffit of suspended slabs not exceeding 200 mm thick including finish the surface rough complete all as specified .

Material and labour for R.C.C. (1:2:4 ) Type B-1 ( using 20 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in slab supported on wall including demolition of existing unserviceable R.C.C. slab and removing the rubbish outside the permises, complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending as required and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed .

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete (in any description), including taking up, if any, existing bituminous/polyethylene treatment or whatsoever thereto on roofs /curbs, etc., and in any position with removal & disposal of rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- Demolition shall be done carefully and any damage caused to the surface of existing roof slab shall be made good in all respect by the contractor himself without any extra payment by the Department.

Demolition of lime concrete (in any description), including taking up, if any, existing bituminous/polyethylene treatment or whatsoever thereto on roofs /curbs, etc., and in any position with removal & disposal of rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- Demolition shall be done carefully and any damage caused to the surface of existing roof slab shall be made good in all respect by the contractor himself without any extra payment by the Department.

Demolition of cement or cement-lime based plaster/screed/bedding of any description, including taking up, if any, existing bituminous/polyethylene treatment or whatsoever thereto on roofs/curbs/chajjas,etc. and removal of debris & disposing it off the premises including preparing the surface , complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- (i) Demolition shall be done carefully and any damage caused to the surface of existing roof slab shall be made good in all respect by the contractor himself without any extra payment by the Department. (ii) The thicknes of terrazzo tiles, if any, in any description and similar finish, shall also be included in the measurement and disposed off the premises alongwith above debris.
