(including tack coat @ 30 kg/Sqm)

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete using crushed aggregates of grading 2 , premixed with bitumen binder @ 5.40 % by weight of total mix and filler , transported to site with VTS, laid over a previously prepared surface finished to the required grade, level, alignment and rolling to achieve the desired compaction for 30/40mm compacted thickness with VG-30 Bitumen Including tack coat @ 2.5 kg/Sqm . For Bitumen VG -30 bulk - Using 80 TPH Batch mix type hot mix plant withoud SCADA , Sensor Paver, Intelligent Compactor with compaction analyzer and V-Sat attachment with Stone Dust filler

Providing and laying of Hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per Sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes etc complete.

Supplying murum having PI < 6 at the road side, Spreading in uniform layer, Compacting the hard murum side widths layer on each side with power roller including necessary artificial watering complete. A) By Static Roller having weight 8 to 10 MT.

Cleaning the site removing bushes including removal of roots upto 20 cm circumference and disposal of above stuffs upto a lead of 10 mtrs or as directed by Engineer In Charge .

Providing soling using 80 mm size granite / quartzite / gneiss / trap metal in 15 cm. layer including hand packing filling voids with sand / grit, ramming, watering complete.

Providing and Laying in situ Cement Concrete in M-10 of trap/granite/ quartzite/ gnesis metal for foundation and bedding including bailing out water, formwaork, compacting and curing complete, with fully automatic micro processor based PLC with SCADA enabled reversible Drum Type Mixer With natural Sand .

Providing and laying in situ cement concrete of M-15 / 1:2:4 with trap / granite / quartzite / gneiss metal in face wall including plywood/ steel formwork and steel centering, compaction by vibrator, finishing uneven and honeycombed surface with C.M.1:3 of sufficient minimum thickness to give smooth and even surface, filling joints with bitumen, curing etc. complete. (Excluding cost of reinforcement.) The C.M. 1:3 plaster is considered for rendering uneven and honeycombed surface only. Newly laid concrete shall be covered by gunny bag, plastic, tarpaulin etc. (Wooden centering/formwork will not be allowed).

Providing and cutting, bending, hooking, tying and laying, in position TMT FE 500 steel bars for reinforcement for all R.C.C. works as per detailed drawing etc. complete.

Providing and erecting a "W" Metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post 150 x 75 x 5mm spaced 2m centre to centre 1.8 m high , 1.1 m below ground / road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process all fittings to confirm to IS:1367 and IS:1364 , metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150 x 75 x 5mm , 330 mm long complete as per clause 810 .

Providing and fixing Cautionary/ Warning sign boards in Equilateral triangle size of 900 mm made out of 4mm aluminium composite material (ACM) Sheet bonded with white retro reflective sheeting of Class B (Type IV High intensity micro prismatic grade sheeting - HIP) having pressure sensetive / heat activated adhesive retroreflective specified back ground, border and back side retroreflective specified background, border and back side retroreflective symbols, letters, numerals, arrow as per IRC 67 - 2012 Table No. 8.3 supported on one no. of M.S. angle iron post of size 65mm x 65mm x 6mm , 3.45 m long, duly painted with flat oil paint having alternate black and white bands of 25 cm width including G.I. fixtures etc. fixing the boards in M-25 grade concrete block of size 60cm x 60 cm x 75cm including transportation etc. complete. Class B ( Type IV High intensity micro prismatic grade sheeting - HIP) shall have 7 Years written warranty from the manufacturer & authorised distributer/ convertor issued from field performance including the screen printed areas and cut out sheeting and cut out durable transparent overlay film and this warranty certificate in original should be submitted to the Engineer in charge by the contractor/supplier .

Providing and Fixing of rtroreflectorised informatory sign board rectangular/Square in shape having area greater than 0.90 Sqm made out of 4mm aluminium composite material ( ACM) sheet bonded with white retro reflective sheeting of class B (Type IV High intensity micro prismatic grade sheeting - HIP) having pressure sensetive /heat activated adhesive retroreflective specified back ground, border and back side retroreflective symbols, letters, numerals, arrow as per IRC 67 -2012 Table No. 8.3, Supported with back side frame 25mm x 25mm x 3mm, duly painted on back side with two coat of grey stove enamel paint & supported on two no. mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75mm x 6mm, 3.5 mt long firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-25 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing The angle iron post shall be duly painted with one coat of epoxy primer and two coat of epoxy finish paint having alternate black and white bands of 25cm widths including G.I Fixtures and transportation etc. complete.
