SPECIAL REPAIR TO BUILDING NO P 03 P 5 and P 59 AT STATION HIGHGROUNDS

Dismantaling brick/PCC tiles or terracing tiles single layer in roof complete.

Taking down existing bitumen felt roof treatment,chiseling existing bitumineous coating and removing out side the MoD land complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc of any description and any position, including removing the debris from the site to a designated point by the civil administration complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete as in roof pading, any thickness and any descrition upto RCC roof slab by mechanical means,cleaning the surface including flashings and junction of parapers, etc with wire brushes and water to the entire satisfaction of Engineer -in -Charge including removing the debris from the site to a designated point by the civil administration complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Roughning surfaces of old concrete sufrace of floor/roof by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 Kg of cement per sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, 15mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) mixed with liquid WPC as per manufacturer’s instructions on the surface of brick work/concrete surfaces of walls, facia of roof projection etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately, Rate quoted by contractor shall be deemed to include to necessary scaffolding etc.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as padding in roof including necessary formwork as specified, if required. Note :- Padding concrete shall be laid to maintain the slope with thickness at lower end and at ridge as directed by Engineer in Charge. Contractor shall provide leveling bench mark at ridge level and up to edges with distances as specified by Engineer in Charge with water proofing compound.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops, chajja rounded or chamfered on edges etc complete all as specified and directed with water proofing compound.

Material & labour cutting out cracks to V section mechanically of minimum width 5mm and depth equal to width in existing RCC roof parapet or terracing, cleaning out and apply Dr Fixit PU sealant (Make : Pidilite or Equivalent) complete all as specified.
