Demolition of stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles.

Dismantling of barbed wire fencing, any type.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not other wise provided for all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above GL).

Removing building materials etc to a distance of 5km, beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination.

Excavation over areas, soft/loose soil, n exc 1.5m deep for scooping out from inside and below the steining in well sinking including use of dredgers and all other appliances, bailing out of water, erection and removal of weighed platform and working in water and getting out in soft / loose soil.

M&L for cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (40 mm graded) in foundations, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

M&L for form work to sides of concrete foundation/footing, plinth beams & similar work vertical better rough finished surfaces of concrete.

M&L for Design mix M-25 concrete type (20mm graded aggregate), for foundation footing, plinth beams and bases of column etc., complete.

Form work to sides of chimneys, shafts, verticals walls with rough finished surfaces of concrete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Design mix M-25 concrete type (20mm graded aggregate) for Walls, retaining walls, basement walls etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete as specified.

All as per item no. 12 here-in-before but 5mm dia and over, upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups.

M&L for walling of squared rubble, regular coursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted masonary built in CM 1:4 including hammer dressing except stones all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No. 14 here-in-before but except material.

M&L Cement concrete cast-in situ 1:2:4 type B1 (20 mm graded aggragate) in bands, coping and the like incl weathering throating as directed incl use of formwork all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on stone masonary or surfaces other than fair face of brick work with water proofing compound finished fair and even without using extra cement.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement.

M&L for applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer including preparation of new surfaces.

M&L for Preperation of new surfaces of facias and applying two coats of sandes/appex exterior emulsion.

S&F Joist, channel, angle or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) coforming to Fe 410 - W (Gde E-250) Quality - A all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting on steel or iron surface of any description over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of read oxide zinc chrome primer including preparation of surface all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) all as specified and directed.

S& F zinc coated concertina coil of thickness 2.50 mm of core wire and 0.5 mm thick cold rolled carbon strip (Dia approx 610 mm that covering 6 mtr length and 50 spirals) having weight not less than 8.00 kg per coil all as directed.

M&L for Returning, filling soft/loose soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm.

Removing excavaed material exc. 1.50km but n exc. 5km and depositing where directed
