SPECIAL REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF UNSERVICEABLE DEEP WELL TURBINE PUMPING SET AND CONNECTED ITEMS AT PRIMARY PUMP HOUSE OF WATER SUPPLY INSTALLATION UNDER GE (U) BATHINDA.

Dismantling and taking down of existing unserviceable deepwell vertical turbine pumping set of capacity 50 HP along with foundation, base frame, electrical and water pipeline connections carefully and depositing the pumpset in MES stroeyard of AGE E/M water supply complete all as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of deepwell turbine pumpset of flow capacity -5700 LPM and head - 30 meter, 3 stage, self water lubricated, cast iron casing, stainless steel impeller, SS410 Shaft/ shaft coupling, MS Column pipe of suitable size & length alongwith electric motor of minimum capacity - 37 KW or as per recommendation of pump manufacturer, 1460 RPM, 415 volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz, insulation class 'F', Tepreture rise class 'B', S1 duty inclusive of PCC foundation and MS base frame as recommnded by the manufacturer complete all as directed.

Supply and laying FR PVC Insulated and Sheathed, Copper Conductor (flexible), stranded,flat 3 core, 25 sqmm industrial cable, 1100 Volt, conforming to IS 694 for submersible pump and motor complete all as directed.

Dismantling and taking down of existing unserviceable LT Panel and electrical connections carefully and depositing the LT Panel in stroe yard of AGE E/M water supply complete all as directed.

Supply, fabricating, installation, testing , commissioning and Electrically connecting LT panel Board, 415 volts, factory made , machine pressed , dust and vermin proof , cubical type , indoor type made with 2.00 mm thick CRCA sheet, LT Panel internally and externally shall be painted with epoxy powder coating paint with 7 tank process for treatment of degreasing, pickling & two coats primer, before being given the stove epoxy finish , both side opening in two halves with rubber beading , including Bus Bar chamber with aluminium bus bar of 400 Amp capacity , 4 strip mounted on porcelain insulator , bus bar chamber and shall be provided with front and rear opening and panel shall be mounted with angle iron frame and four legs ( length of one leg 30 cm each above ground) made from angle iron of suitable frame duly spray painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer , embeding and grouting in PCC (1:2:4) type B:1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation including necessay earth work , including all connections / control wiring incoming / outgoing with suitable size of PVC insulated copper conductor cable of 1100 / 650 volt grade ,Necessary spares such as glands, thimbles , lugs, nuts, bolts and following accessories etc including testing complete all as specified and directed.:- (a) MCCB 4 pole 400 Amps, 36 KA - 01 Nos (as Incomer) (b) MCCB 3 pole 200 Amps, 36 KA - 03 Nos (for pumpsets) (c) Heavy duty FASD Starter suitable for 50 HP electric motor - 03 Nos (d) Digital ampere meter including CTs - 04 Nos (01 nos for mains and 03 nos for pumpsetes) (e) Voltmeter - 01 Nos (f) Indicating lamps -03 Nos (RYB) & 06 Nos (pumpsets on/off) (g) Push buttons for pumpsets

Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6mm buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level sorrounded from all sides by 15cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt fliing in alternate layers etc and connected to and including 32 x 6 mm GI strip upto 7.5 mtr by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron and protected by light grade 20 mm dia GI pipe connected to main control board and GI pipe medium grade 40 mm bore for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, charcoal salt etc RCC pit cover flush to earth pit 50mm thick reinforced with 8mm TMT bar 100mmC/C and PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) including excavation and earthwork disposal of surplus soil to distance not exceeding 50 metre) and testing after completion all as specified and shown on plate No 3 of SSR Part-I 2009.
