Taking out old existing unserviceable inner unit of split type AC of capacity 1.5/2.0 Ton and supply and fix new inner unit of split type AC of capacity 1.5 /2.0Ton as existing shape, size and make complete all as specified and directed by Engr–in–Charge. Taking out old existing unserviceable outer unit of split type AC of capacity 1.5/2.0 Ton and supply and fix new outer unit of split type AC of capacity 1.5 /2.0Ton existing shape and size with out compressor complete all as specified and directed by Engr–in –Charge. Note :- Two run of wire and single run of earth wire 1RM of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit.

Note: Two run of wire and single run of earth wire and 1 RM of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit.

Repair of Deep frezeer of capacity 320 ltr capcity by dismatiling the whole condensing as well as cooling coil and finding the leakage /damage portion. Rectify the leakage and damaged parts and vaccume leakage the whole system. Then charging the refrigerent Gas and confroming no leakage . Then reassembling the same deep freezer by provinding proper insulation material at the disturbed area complete all as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair /repalcement of broken /water leakage from connection of water cooler of capacity 40/80ltr to 150/150ltrs capcity by dismatiling the front sheet of the water cooler tank, removing the thermocol sheet and doing necessary cutting /welding /brazing work to stop the leakage and make good the damaged portion and fixing of tap connection and reassembling the front sheet including providing the thermocol as a thermal insulation to the water coolers and testing the coolers for no leakage complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out & re-fixing after repair to roof/building at same location / other location including shifiting where required, of split /window/casttee type AC by making hole, drilling , cutting on wall and necessary gas pipe connection , electric connections and insulations complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: All items including gas, copper pipe and electric cable if required will be measured and paid separately in relevent items of contract.

Taking out old existing unserviceable drain pipe and supply and fix new drain pipe of 1.5/2 ton split type/window type AC of any capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge (as per sample approved by GE).
