M&L sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering, well ramming & consolidating in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Desilting of covered drains/ culverts of any size and depth including removal of mud/ soil/ grass and removal/ refixing of cover slabs etc. and disposal of spoil outside the MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC (1:1½:3) type A-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in precast cover slab with plain faces for manholes set in cement mortar (1:4) including necessary form work complete including demolition of existing damaged concrete cover slab, separating, scraping and cleaning reinforcement and removing the rubbish off the premises outside Defence land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, kerbs, channels, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channel and drain including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finishing to drain or channels 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds stopped ends etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct for each 25mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm inner girth of drain or channel.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius with old size bricks built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with old size fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel TMT bars in reinforcement 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to Fe-500D complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia and over up to and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders cut to length, bent to shape required and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to Fe-500D complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F rolled mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc. complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with & including either hooks & hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails & guides) & hanging; also fastening & fixing complete GDE Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250 quality B) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel plain black sheet 1.00mm thick as in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work cut to size, holes punched; including headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40mm lap joints with riveted welded seams including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete all as specified and directed.

S&F hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand - rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc; wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only PVC coated galvanised iron chain link fencing 50mm x 50mm mesh size and dia of wire 3.15mm all as specified and directed including taking down the existing chain link fencing. Notes: (a) After PVC coating, the dia of wire shall be 4.6mm. (b) For the purpose of payment actual weight shall be measured and paid. (c) The weight of PVC mesh shall not be less than 3Kg/ Sqm.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh size and type to any type of standard rails, straining bolts etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS bolts and nuts, purpose made with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nuts exc. 30cm long of n. exc. 12mm dia of bolts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain mild steel bars of 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required for straining line wires including binding wire and handles for MH covers using Fe-410-W (Gde.E-250) quality-A or Fe290 (Gde-E-165) quality steel complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks & similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zink coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm thick of any colour having tensile strength 550Mpa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws as per manufacturer’s instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete coloured chequered tiles (Designer tiles) of size 40cm x 40cm x 25mm thick set; jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement and pigment as in floors laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) including dismantling of existing tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 grade with grey cement and no pigments laid as per manufacturer's instructions including dismantling of existing tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick work or stone walls etc including racking out of joint, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. and removing the debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick/ concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick/ concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of newly plastered or previously untreated surface of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm girth or width and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins/ arches/ pillars etc. but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stone work, precast concrete articles and disposing off the rubbish debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.
