M&L for Roof treatment for Non Accessible Roof :- priming the roof surface with bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.30 ltrs/Sqm and applying a coat of hot blown 85/25 grade bitumen conforming to IS-702 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm and thereafter provide polymeric water proofing membrane (five layered) of weight not less than 3 Kg/Sqm with centre layer core of 90 micron high molecular density polyethylene film followed by another coat of semi hot blown 85/25 grade bitumen @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm blinded with fine sand in dry condition @ 0.50 Kg/Sqm, Top surface of roof after carrying out treatment as specified here in above as per manufactur instructions.

Machine cut kota stone slab 18-20 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting,dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete fixed over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) as backing layer, complete all as specified and directed.

Water proofing treatment to sunken floor & vertical surfaces of sunken portion complete comprising the following: - (a) Complete removal of existing water proofing treatment including floor & lime concrete etc and remove all loose particles with wire brushes and cleaning the surfaces with water and providing levelling course of plain cement concrete 30 mm thick in PCC 1:2:4,type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate. (b) Brushing cement slurry @0.488Kg per square metre mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @0.253Kg/Sqm.This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hrs. duly blended with & including water proofing compound. (c) 15 mm thick (Average thickness) plaster in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with Water Proofing compound on sunken surface including walls. The corner of sunken portion shall be rounded in concave shape and adequate slope shall be made during plastering to accommodate sump pipe and curing the sunken portion with water minimum for 48 Hrs by ponding. Priming the roof surface with bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.40 Litres/Sqm complete all as specified and directed. (d) Applying a coat of hot blown 85/25 grade bitumen conforming to IS-702 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm and providing APP based polymeric water proofing membrace (five layered) of weight not less than 3 Kg/Sqm with centre core of 100 micron high molecular density polythylene film followed by another coat of semi hot blown 85/25 grade bituman @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm blinded with fine sand in dry condition @ 0.50 Kg/Sqm .Joint of /Trap/WC/Soil pipes shall be properly sealed with sealing compound of MC Bouchemie/Roofex/Forre/Choksy/Dr Back & Coty/FOSROC.

Plain Cement concrete 1:5:10 type E-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete work complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down old unserviceable/deteriorated batten/PVC conduit point wiring aluminium/ copper from existing place i.e. light, fan, socket or power points complete with all unserviceable fittings such as switches, sockets,bell push , ceiling rose, pendants, Holders, etc
