Supplying, fabricating, installing and balancing GI sheet ducting made out of following size GS Steel metal into rectangular / round ducting suitable for existing HPAC machine including cutting, riveting, complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hanger support as per approved drawing and specifications complete as required. (a) Thickness of sheet 20 SWG

SITC of supply air duct mounted motorised volume control damper suitable for existing 14.0 TR High precision Package AC units (Open and Close position Type along with provision for manually openable / closer of damper) made out of 18G thick GI Sheet metal with Damper Actuator (Make of Actuator - BELIMO with suitable rating of torque to rotate the damper and operate at 230 Volts 50 Hz single phase AC Supply) & necessary control wire with minimum 1.5 sq.mm copper wire and integrating with existing High Precision Package Air Conditioner Unit etc., as required.

Providing and fixing of flexible double layer canvas connection with necessary opening with double side zip for measuring the S.A temperature and connection, etc., completely as required.

Modification of existing main plenum as per the Engineer in charge direction including cutting, Dismantling and supplying and fixing 22Gauge dummy GI Sheets along with flanges,for closing the existing openings to distribution plenum etc,. complete as required

Chipping, chasing & Plastering of the existing wall openings in cement mortar 15 mm thick finishing to line and level with sand finishing at all levels, including making good the damages etc., as required

Removing of existing MS angle cable Trays by Cutting of existing false ceiling by arranging skilled Technician and removing of the MS cable trays, and cables light fittings and modification of existing set -up for facilitating the newly provided duct (Collecting plenum of approximate size 4' X 4'3" X 30') as per the Engineer in charge direction including cutting, Dismantling and making good the damages etc,. as required (Approximate Size of the Area 2.6 Mtrs X 11.0 Mtrs)

Re-Laying of existing cable Tray, light point, cables and diversion as per the Engineer in charge direction and relaying the copper cables by providing skilled person etc,. as required
