RequiredValid Electrical Contractor License or undertaking that they will either obtain valid electrical license at the time of execution of electrical work or associate the contractor having valid electrical license of appropriate class. (Undertaking Form Enclosed.).
RequiredCertificates of Work Experience for contractors as required in the NIT. To be uploaded in the eligibility document section. OR An undertaking that if I/We shall become the lowest tenderer then I/We shall submit the documents of Associated specialized Agencies for specialized E and M Services as per the eligibility criteria mentioned in the Eligibility Criteria/ Experience of work after acceptance of tender along with Performance Guarantee otherwise department shall forfeit the deposited EMD
RequiredGST Registration certificate and upto date file return of the state in which the work is to be taken up, or as required by GST authorities then in such a case the bidder shall scan and upload following undertaking along with other bid documents. If work is awarded to me, I/we shall obtain GST registration Certificate of the State, in which work is to be taken up, within one month from the date of receipt of award letter or before release of any payment by CPWD, whichever is earlier, failing

RequiredCopy of receipt for deposition of original EMD (PROFORMA A) to the division office of any Executive Engineer, CPWD (The EMD document shall only be issued from the place in which the office of receiving division office is situated) To be uploaded in the eligibility document section.

RequiredThe training certificate of ERP issued through LMS portal of ERP which is imparted to the contractor should be scanned and uploaded with all other requisite documents or undertaking that agency shall obtain certificate within 45 days from award of work.
