Repair to centrifugal horizontal booster pump up to 5 stage, 5.5 HP by dismentling of all parts, repair/replacement of defective/worn out parts, necessary machine work, welding work, replacement of nuts, bolts & washers, gland packing including greasing etc. Fixing new spare parts, re-assembling the pump and refixing in position including testing at site complete all as specified and directed Note :- 1. New spare parts shall be measured and paid under item No 02 to 09 2. All the repair carried out at the concern installation if machinery works required in repairs then composit part can be issued for workshop through gate pass only.

Supply of Impeller Gun Metal as per samle for horizental booster pump.

S&F GI pipe 20 mm bore medium grade including all heavy duty fittings such as union, elbow, socket & nipple complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Gun Metal Gate Valve 20 mm dia heavy duty ISI marked screwed both ends for fixing pipe complete all as specified and directed. Make :- ZOLOTO/BAJAJ/JOOM

Disconnecting dosing plant any model any capacity alongwith components, dismantling and segregation of all parts for repair/replacement of defective part, cleaning, washing/reassembling the plants, reconnecting in position and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1. Spares will be measured and paid under item No 14 to 25. 2. All the repairs required and pertain to dosing plant shall be carried out & the contractor shall ensure to depute his supervisor at the concern installations for repair and smooth functioning of the same. The delay in repair if noticed not carried out on the same day, the recovery shall be made @ Rs 500/- per day from contractor's RAR/bill till completion of the job. 3. the repair work of dosing plant is of urgent nature because unchlorinated water cannot be Supplyplied to the troops. This point shall be kept in mind while quoting the rate, nothing extra on any account shall be admissible.

Repair/Replacement of chemical dosing pump for injection of disinfection of water treatment injecting capacity @ 15 LPH (type MAGDO/MD/20/40) having 15 LPH at 10 kg/ cm2 working pressure, solenoid driven electrically control 220 volts maximum current 3.3 Amps, maximum power 70 watt with IP 65 protection and "F" class insulation with standard fittings with stoke length suitable from 0-100% and stock frequency suitable from 0-to 100% minimum, including all accessories such as foot valve, injection valve, suction valve deliveryvalve and PE tubing consistencey in performance, complete all as specified and directed. M&L for rewinding of 3 phase electric motor of 5.5 HP Booster pump with super enamelled copper winding wire of same gauge including impregnated paper, sleevs, lathorised fibre glass, varnish and tape, etc and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Maintenance and servicing of DG sets consisting normal repairs, including replacement of defective/burn out parts by new spares such as filters, gaskets, V belts, Engine oil, (grade 20W40) rubber hoses, worm drive clamps, nut and bolts and cleaning of alternator with vaccum cleaner and including greassing of bearing etc complete all as specified and directed for the following capacity: Note :- Supply only of spare required for above maintenance will be measured and paid seperately under respective items of this BOQ

Supply and filling in sump/toping up engine oil multi grade 20W40 in engine or replacement of engine oil complete all as specified and directed. (Make :- Indian Oil/Hindustan Petrolium/Castrol)

Dismantling the defective/burnt out alternator of 50 to 63 KVA capacity from the existing foundation by removing all electrical connections, transporting to approved/authorised workshop, opening and taking out burnt winding, cleaning the stator assembly rewinding with super enameled copper wire as per existing gauge as per original manufacturer, applying insulating varnishing of ‘F’ class, baking in oven re-assembling the alternator, transporting back to site re-installing the same inposition, carrying out alignment of complete DG set connecting up all electrical connections, commissioning and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note : - (a) Rate quoted shall deemed to be inclusive of making good the disturbed surfaces to match as per existing. (b) The DG set shall be tested on load as per rated capacity to achieve designed parameters with the entire satisfaction of Engineer- in- Charge.

S&F in repair door hinges as per existing size for canopy of any capacity of DG set door including nut, bolt, drilling of hole, welding etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair battery terminals brass suitable for 95 AH to 180 AH battery complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the radiator assembly from the DG set of 160 KVA capacity carefully for necessary repair, soldering the cooling tube if found leakage, cleaning properly, replacement of nuts , bolts , rubber mounting bushes etc and refixing at the same site including testing complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 41 above, but for 35 KVA to 75 KVA DG set

S&F battery charging unit industrial type floor mounted heavy duty, with steel enclosure, Volt meter, Ammeter, Toggle switch, chrger ON-OFF switches suitable for charging 2 Nos of lead acid battery 12- 24 V DC (20 Amp) out put type and suitable for 230 volts incoming AC supply complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the old and unserviceable Diesel/oil pressure pipe of existing size and replacing the same with equal length for 35 KVA to 160 KVA DG Set with and including both side clamps complete all as specified and directed.

S &F in repair asbestos rope 12 mm dia of superior quality for wrapping with the exhaust pipe of DG set complete all as specified and directed.

Scraping old paint from the DG set of 75 KVA to 160 KVA capacity, applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint with spray painting of approved make, writing of SM/MES No at easily visible manner complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 49 above but for capacity of DG Set 35 KVA to 62.5 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the defective self starter assembly of 12/24 volts and necessary repair with replacement of defective spares such as, carbon brushes, carbon spring, bearing, bushes, defective wiring and soldering after repair, re-assembling and refixing at site complete as directed including testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for opening the cylinder head of the engine and oil sump carefully for replacement of head gasket including sump gasket complete refixing the head and sump to arrest oil leakage with engine complete with proper alignment and testing the engine on load to achiveve designed parameters all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge of capacity 35 KVA to 160 KVA DG Set complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in Replacement of old aluminium cable of 3.5 core, 70 Sqmm XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts through with thimbles on both side including GI pipe light grade of suitable size for cable, cutting the floor/kota stones complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling in coollent for engine complete all as specified and directed.

Dismentiling of old LT Panel after carefully disconnectioning LT electrical connections and keeping aside complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissinoning LT panel suitable for working on 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 volts, AC, 50Hz indoor type, cubicle, floor mounted, free standing, dust and vermin proof, air ventilation factory fabricated made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet duly powder coated, CPRI approved. Taking down carefully existing serviceable open type DG set of capacity 62.5 KVA from TW NO - 36 loaction by disconnecting all electircal, mechanical connections, carefully shifting to other room at same pump house bldg by suitable tools, plants and transport, re-assembling the same incl re-connecting the electircal, and mechanical connections in the same locations after repair foundation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete in foundation filling and mass concrete Type D-2 (1:4:8) 40mm graded agrregates etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC Insulated & PVC Sheathed 16 Sq mm Flat 3 Core copper cable by cutting chases existing wall, PVC conduit 40 mm dia ,concealed in wall, making good the disturbed surfce to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable LT UG cable of any description (trenches, walls, ceilings etc) from various locations, Supply and laying under ground LT Cable XLPE insulated heavy duty armoured, PVC sheathed 1100 Volts grade of cross sectional area 35 Sq mm 3.5 core aluminium conductor cable, with suitable size aluminium cable lugs, gland if required and jointed in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode, 600x600x6mm thick, buried directly in the ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.50m below ground level connected to galvanized iron strip of 32x6mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts and washers of GI up to test point, GI light grade pipe 40mm bore as protection pipe, GI watering pipe 20mm bore light grade with funnel and wire mesh, charcoal and salt, 40mm thick pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (Nominal mix) cover reinforced with XPM (weighing n.less than 4 Kg/Sqm) with suitable steel handle, and angle iron 40X40X3mm frame and chamber of PCC (1:3:6) type C-0 (including earth work in any type of soil, removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc.50m) and connecting, testing on completion, all as shown on electric plate No. 03 of SSR-2009 Part-I, complete all as specified and directed.
