Filling in foundation trenches, plinths, sites of foundation, in the space below the grade level slab and other underground structures with good quality river sand (inclusive of cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes, loading and unloading) laying in layers not exceeding 225mm in thickness, filling, watering and compacting / ramming, in each layers or complete as per specification, drawing and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete (1:3:6) with 4cm. Size crusher broken hard Granite metal including cost of all labour, materials with all taxes, lead,T & P etc all complete .

Fly ash bricks of 25cmx12cmx8cm. Size having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/Sqcm. With dimensional tolerance +2%. percentin cement mortar (1:6) in foundation and plinth

RCC work M20 with 20 mm and down graded size black hard grinite ( crusher broken ) stone chips including hoisting,lowering & laying concrete & compacting by using vibrator watering & curing for 4 weeks including cost & conveyance, royalties & taxes, Centring & Shuttering of all materials & labour required for the work etc complete with all T & P in all respect but excluding cost & conveyance of M.S rods & binding wires & tying the grills & placing in proper position. 12mm. thick cement plaster (1:6) on brick work racking out the joints finished smooth to proper line and plumb, watering, curing for 7 days with cost, conveyance, royalties taxes of all materials, cost of all labour T&p etc. as per direction of Engineer in charge. (Ground Floor Internal)

12mm. thick cement plaster (1:3) on brick work with punning

6 mm thick cement plaster (1:4) to R CC surfaces finished smooth including closed deep chiping and slury treatment

16 mm. thick cement plaster (1 :6) over brick or stone masonry work racking out the joints finished smooth to proper line and plumb, watering, curing for 7 days with cost, conveyance, royalties taxes of all materials, cost of all labour T&p etc. as per direction of Engineer in charge. (External)

Supplying, fitting and fixing vetrifed tile in floors of size 600mm x 600mm of approved make confirming to IS 13755 laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including cost of all materials, labour T&P etc required for the work all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.( For new work only)

Finishing plastered surfaces of walls with Berger Synthetic putty (interior) & marking smooth to receive painting including cost of labour & Material including primer

Providing weather coats two coats with approved quality and shade over a coat of primer over plastered surface with brush including cleaning the surface watering curing cost of cement paint taxes labour charges T&P etc complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Wall painting 2 coats with Plastic Emulsion Paint of approved shade on new work to give an even shade in Ground Floor.

Enamel Painting two coats with any approved paint including cost of all labour, materials T & P with taxes, transportation etc all complete in Ground Floor.

Remove excavate materials from the site by mechanical means with loading and unloading the same within 5 kms lead as per direction of enginner in charge .

PH Material Cutting Hole in 250mm to 375mm thick wall thick Brick Wall for taking 110mm/160mm dia PVC Pipe and mendig good to damages after completion of Work etc. Complete.

Providing & Fixing of AIWC with integral P trap inclusive of ciestern, seat cover all complete set confirming to IS 2556: Part 8-2004, to the floor with wooden plug and chromium plated screws including jointing the trap with soil pipe in cement mortar ( 1:1 ) etc all complete as per specification.
