Appd Item Providing & laying Tack Coat of paving bitumen VG-10 of approved quality @ 30 Kg per 100 Sqm of road surface including cleaning etc. complete as per MORT&H specification to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Appd Item Providing and laying 40 mm thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, coarse aggregate of nominal size 11.2 mm grade – I and coarse sand of size 2.80mm to 90 micron, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @5.40% percent by weight of mix and cement filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying [ as per 501.5.3 to 501.5.4] with a sensor paver & with finisher of sensor paver will be minimum 7 M wide .

Appd Item Providing and laying of thermoplastic paint 2.5 mm thick to be marked with automatic machine of appropriate width on roads, as per MORTH specification No. 803 including cost of paint material and contingency material as required complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge and of reputed make as asked by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Appd Item Providing and fixing Glow studs of size 100x20 mm made of heavy duty body shall be moulded ASA (Acrylic styrene Acryloretrite ) or HIP (High impact polystyrene) or ABS having electronically welded micro- prismatic lens with abrasion resistant coating as approved by Engineer in charge.
