REPAIR RESURFACING OF ROAD AND ALLIED WORKS AT ZONE A ZONE B UNDER AGE BR II GE GOMANTAK

M&L for repairs to potholes of depth exceeding 30 mm and area not exceeding 1.00 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 kg per 10 Sqm putting in premixed bituminous macadam well rammed and sealed with binder 9.80 kg per 10 sqm blended with 0.09 cum of stone chippings of 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam binder and chippings) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing existing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming / tack coat with paving bitumin of VG-10 grade at 5 Kg per 10 sqm using with mechanical sprayer over black top surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Semi Dense Asphalt Concrete 40 mm (consolidated) thick using graded crushed stone chipping as specified and paving bitumen binder VG-30 with 4.5% (minimum as per SSR Part-I) by weight of total mix (the exact quantity of binder shall be determined by design mix by marshal method) including loading of aggregate in hot mix plant 20 to 40 TPH transporting the mixed material with tipper and laying with mechanical paver finisher 30 to 40 TPH to the required level and gradient, rolling with 8-12 ton power roller as specified and compacted to required camber and gradient etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Contractor shall submit the authenticated weigh batch receipt as per load material in site duly marked vehicle number (ii) The binder content shall be specified in relevant item of Schedule ‘A’ by weight of total mix for semi dense bituminous concrete. In case of quantity of binder as per job mix formula works out to be more the 4.5% of weight of total mix extra quantity shall be provided by contractor without any extra cost of the Government.

M & L for laying 2.5 mm thick hot applied thermo plastic compound including reflector rising glass beads at 250 gm per Sqm area as per IRC 35 including levelling to uniform surface free from streaks and holes etc complete all as all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of dual directional reflective cat eye with two stand of impact resistant plastic 100mm x 80mm x 15 mm ultra violet resistant yellow colour having micro prismatic/cube corner reflectors suitable for fixing with 2 steel zinc plated 12 x 120 mm nails and epoxy/bitumen adhesive complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing ABC speed breaker/Rubber as per manufacturers instructions of size 500mm X 380mm X 50 mm to be fixed with mixture of resin & hardener epoxy adhesive and nails all as per ASTM & IRC specification complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 600 mm dia Circular Convex type mirror of outdoor quality with high quality acrylic or polycarbonate (scratch resistant and unbreakable) Road safety traffic mirror fitted on ground on block size 30cm X 30cm X 45 cm of PCC (1:3:6) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate with and including MS pipe 50 mm dia (1.5m above GL) with MS clamp powder coated antirust, including necessary excavation and earth work and removal of spoils at a distance n exc 50 metres away etc complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for one coat of floor painting to cement tile floor withtile guard complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old painted concrete surface of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed
