Petty repairs to any type of steel windows/ ventilator of any description in any situation (taking down & refixing in the same opening if required at site ) by Resecuring, easing, adjusting, changing the builders hardware position ,tightening, welding etc & re-fixing of builders hardwares like wire gauge,glass pane,beading, handles, stays, projecting type hinges/ friction / box type hinges,slot pin etc to make in proper smooth functioning (proper closing, opening) etc with entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer on frame& shutter complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1. Replacement of wire gauge & glass pane if required shall be measured and paid separately. Replacement of other builder hardware if required shall be deemed to be included in the BOQ.

S&F 4.00 mm thick Sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square in not exc 0.5 sq.m in each pane, if required fixing with MS beading 10mmx01mm including welding, glazing pins etc or wooden beading etc if required including necessary scaffolding up to twelve storeys height of bldgs as in repair complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples including if required fixing with wooden beads or MS flat of size 15mmx3mm & chromium plates screws/using metal nut and bolts or wooden beading etc if required including necessary scaffolding up to twelve storeys height of bldgs as in repair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in patches repair for cutting down plants / trees of girth not exc 25 cm & area not exe 01Sqm each from roof tops /sides of external walls of buildings, chajja, wall junctions, junctions of of rain water / soil /waste vent pipes including taking out roots entered in wall/slab surfaces and making good the surfaces including repairing the CI/GI/PVC joints of affected locations by applying TUFALO (herbal medicine )and making good to suit the adjoining surfaces using PCC type 1:2:4, type B-O or cement mortar 1:2 complete all as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Rate of any CI/GI/PVC pipes and fittings damaged during work shall be replaced by new one to insure leakage / seepage free joint without any extra cost to the department ,all necessary scaffolding, protective measures etc up to twelve storeys height of bldgs & disposal of debris out of MoD land complete shall deemed to be included in the BOQ
