Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters (steel or wood) including stacking within 50 metres lead:

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III)derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal sizederived from natural sources).
Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :
Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers
Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level.
Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.
Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm,
Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification.
Two or more coats on new work.
Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground , all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge.
With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).
Fixing chowkhats in existing opening including embedding chowkhats in floors or walls cutting masonry for holdfasts, embedding hold fasts in cement concrete blocks of size 15 x 10 x 10 cm with cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), painting two coats of approved wood preservative to sides of chowkhats and making good the damages to walls and floors as required complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge.
Door chowkhats .
Shifting of the 12 Nos work stations after dismembering carefully from the place of existing position at Ground Floor of Admin Building to the proposed site of work at Ground floor of TE Building and stacking neatly. Care is to be taken to see that all the members pertaining to individual work stations are shifted separately so that there shall be no difficulty in re-fixing of the work stations. The shifting / transporting including loading, unloading and stacking at located place all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge as single job, nothing extra shall be paid on any account.
Installing, re-fixing of the available dismembered / dismantled work stations after re-jointing all the dismantled members and its connecting fittings of the work stations, adjusting and placing in the location wherever required or as shown by the Engineer-in-charge. All the work station materials which are stacked in the building shall be assembled.
Any incidental new materials for making work stations in working condition/ ready to use such as screws, nuts & bolts, nails, gum, fevicol, edge lamination matching the existing lamination and existing lipping etc. shall be done by the agency without any extra cost.
The rate includes incidental materials, nails, screws, gum, fevicol & labour etc all complete and nothing extra shall be paid on any account. The work shall be completed as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge all complete.
(The available material as above are on as is where is basis in stacked condition will be supplied by the Department at site. Finished number of work stations will be measured for payment).
Providing and fixing 100 mm vertical venetian blinds of approved shade, colour, dust guard treated fabric along with all hardware etc., as per manufacturer's specifications etc., of VISTA LEVELOR make or equivalent all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in -charge (outer to outer area will be measured for payment. Deduction will be made for opeinings of area exceeding 0.20Sqm)
Fixing anodized aluminum partitions and doors with available materials after making required sections as per the drawing for powder coated aluminum sections , particle board, glass panels, neoprene gasket and snap on beading) including fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/Neoprene felt etc, aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight , mitered and jointed mechanically wherever required all complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of the Engineer-in-charge.
Dismantling anodized aluminium partitons, doors and other frames including proper numbering, laoding and unloading and placing at the required place in the building as directed by the Engineer-in-charge .( The rate includes the rectifying the damages made in the floors/masonry and concrete surfaces as directed by the Engineer-in-charge)
Providing and fixing 12 mm thick fine fissured square edged mineral fibre board false ceiling tiles of size 600x600mm of approved texture, design and patterns in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking metal powder coated T-Grid sleek frame work, connected to ceiling with GI wire and anchor fastener at every junction and also including cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers,cut outs made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Extra for powder coating the available stacked aluminium material used for refixing of partitions/doors etc. including transporation and lifting charges as directed by Engineer in charge. (Weight of aluminium members used in the finshed work will be measured for payment)
Charges for arranging carpenter /plumber along with helper for attending Carpentry/Plumbing and other petty repair works in the compound etc., complete as per directins of Engineer - in - charge.
Cleaning, washing mopping of floors of including cleaning of Dado, washroom and flooring in Toilets by scrubbing with wire brush, cleaning with detergent, liquids and water etc., including its disposal of rubbish, garbage outside the compound complete etc as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and fixing 12 mm thick frameless toughened glass door shutter of approved brand and manufacture, including providing and fixing top & bottom pivot & spring type fixing arrangement and making necessary holes etc. for fixing required door fittings, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Door handle, lock and stopper etc. to be paid separately).
Providing and fixing DORMA make door fittings to each door shutter consisiting of Floor springs (Model No. BTS84), top pivots (Model No. PT24), patch fittings (Model No. PT10 with SS cover, PT20 with SS cover and US10 with SS cover), Floor strike plate and EPC 60mm lock all complete. (Cost of glass door shutter to be paid separately)
Providing and fixing DORMA make pull handles of TGDI H - Grade :304 for door shutters of thickness upto 32mm, H- Handle TGDI -H-350 including making hole in the glass shutter (Total lenght 350mm, CTC: 250mm) all complete as required. (Each set comprises of handles for both sides of the shutter)
Shifting of the 3 Nos counter tables including Granite top of approximate coverage area 20.00 Sqm after dismembering carefully from the place of existing position at Ground Floor of Admin Building to the dumping place within the compound and stacking neatly. Care is to be taken to see that all the members pertaining to individual counter table are shifted separately so that there shall be no difficulty in re-fixing of the counter tables. The shifting /transporting including loading, unloading and stacking at located place all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge as single job, nothing extra shall be paid on any account.
Providing and laying gang saw cut 30 mm thick, mirror polished pre moulded and pre polished machine cut granite stone of required size and shape of approved shade, colour and texture in footpath, flooring in road side plazas and similar locations, laid over 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
With granite stone of colour black, cherry/ruby red of area less than 0.50 sqm
