Earth work excavation in all classes of soils such as hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, ordinary earth, earth mix with 50% fair sized boulders etc., with initial lead and lifts including laying, spreading, leveling, sectioning breaking clods etc., including all incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification . for Foundations SS 20B

Supply delivery and filling of M. Sand in layer of not more than 15 cm thick including watering with all layers and consolidation complying with standard specification including cost and conveyence of sand to Site and all labour charges and all other incidential charges etc,. complete as per Standard Specification

Cement concrete of mix 1:4:8 (One cement four sand eight aggregates) using 40mm gauge hard broken including cost conveyance of all materials to site including labour charges, transporting and placing in position including shoring, strutting forming protective bunds, cofferdams bailing out of water labour for mixing compacting, finishing and curing, working at depths, tools and plants and incidental charges such as sheeting, shoring and bracing and their subsequent removal etc., complete as per standard specification.

RCC 1:1½:3 (One cement one point five sand and three aggregates) mix using 20mm gauge hard granite broken stone jelly in all RCC works connected to the work excluding shuttering , Centering and cost of Reinforcement grills but including curing ,finishing etc complete with standard specification and as directed by Engineer incharge.

Supplying & Erecting of steel centering for sides & soffiots including necessary supports & strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60cm & 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angle of size 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists(Country wood) of size 10 x 6.5cm spaced @ about 90cm c/c and supported by casurina props of 10 - 13cm dia. spaced @ 75cm c/c etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Supplying and Fabrication of Steel and placing in position MS / Ribbed tor steel Grills for RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and GI binding wire in Floors etc,. Complete complying with standard specification in force and as directed by department officials.-

Brick work in Cement Mortar in 1:5 ( One cement and Five Sand ) using best quality of Country bricks of size 8¾x 4 ¼ x 2 ¾ including all cost of materials and labour charges including Curing charges etc., complete as per Standard Specificationand as directed by department officials.

Special Ceiling plastering with cement mortor 1:3(one cement and three sand) mix 10mm thick including cost of all materials and all labour charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Plastering the surface of walls with cement mortor 1:5(One cement and five sand) 12 mm thick in all floors including cost of all materials and all labour chargesetc etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Paving the flooring with Vitrified tiles of size 600mm x 600mm x 8mm of approved colour and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand ) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the colour cement etc., complete.

Dadoing walls with the following types tiles of suitable size of approved quality and colour set in cement mortar 1:2 (one cement ,two sand); 10mm and pointing with colour cement neatly etc., complete in all floors.

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position of mild steel door & Window with single/double shutters using M.S angle of size 40 x 40 x 6mm for outer frames and 35 x 35 x 5mm for shutter frames, fully covered with M.S sheet of 18 gauge with M.S flat of size 32 x 6 mm for internal stiffners and one number of aldrop , two numbers of tower bolts, holdfasts, hinges, handles etc., including providing one coat of red oxide primer. The rates shall inclusive of cost of all materials labour charges for fixing the door in position by dismantling the masonry, concrete etc. and redoing the same to the original condition duly packed with concrete etc.,

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position anodised aluminium natural colour matt finish sliding windows/openable windows in all floors with gutter arrangement to drain the water made with extruded aluminium section of the sizes given below with necessary acessories such as rubber beading. best quality runner, lock, handle supplying and fixing 4mm thick plain glass including cost of all materials, labour power consumption required for fabrication, drilling holes in RCC column/ floor slab/masonry wall wherever necessary with power drills and made same to original condition after fixing etc.,complete .The aluminium sections are to be anodized with matt finish under electrically controlled condition in accoradance with ISI 1868/1962, for an average anodic film thickness of not less than 15 microns All aluminium sections and furniture fittings should be got approved by the Engineer-in-charge before use on works.

Supplying and fabrication and fixing in position of anodised natural colour matt fininsh sliding window in TWO track in all floors with following sizes. All the two shutters with slinging entering and made with UPVC (ultra Polyvinyl Chloride ) section for outer frames as shown below with necessary accessories such rubber beading.clips, handle and fixing 5 mm thick clear sheet glass including all required for fabrication etc., complete. Necessary dismantling making holes in RCC columns, beams, mansory wherever necessary with power drill to the extent required and made good to the original conditions after fixing as directed by the dePart ofmental officers. (All materials should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before fixing in position).

Supplying and fixing in positon of R.C.C. jally of 5 cm thick in CC1:2:4 using 20 mm machine crushed jelly including moulding, finishing, curing and fixing in posiion etc., complete.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing in position white glazed Indian water closet of size 580 X 440mm of Orissa type of approved quality with 'P' or 'S' trap with sand cushion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly lime concrete 1:2:5 ; 100mm thick and finishing the top to required slope and including giving necessary connection to cast iron soil pipes by dismandling masonry / RCC works and making good the disturbed portion to original condition without leakage etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. (The water closet should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)
