Earthwork in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundation,drains, pipes,cables etc(Not exceeding 1.5 mt in width)and for shafts,wells cesspits and the like Not exceeding 10Sqm on plan depth up to 1.5mt including disposal of excavated earth up to 1 mt from cutting edge disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed. All kinds of soils .

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centering. shuttering, finishing and reinforcement-All work upto plinth level 1.1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm Nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering- all works upto plinth level 1:3:6(1 cement 3 coarse sand 6 graded stone agg. 20 mm Nominal size) crushed

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. Layers Not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (Non modular) bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth cement mortor 1:6 (1 cement 6 coarse sand and extra for brick work in super structure above plinth level up floor 5 level (by manual means)

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundations and plinth including curing in : Extra for half Brick masonry in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts upto floor five level including curing but excluding cost of centering shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specofied grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering and shuttering, M-20(1:1.5:3) grade, with 20mm Nominal size of crushed stone aggregates.

Reinforcement of R.C.C work in slab, beams, lintel band, sunshades including cutting, bending,placing in position and binding and complete.
