SR to Gr. Floor for R.W. Sub-Division, Daspalla for the year 2025-26

Dismentaling and removing 2.5 Cm thick grading concrete from roof slab cleaning the surface lowering and removing and debris with in 50mtr lead including cost of all labour with T&P,Cess required for the work etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing 4Cm. thick grading concrete (1:2:4) on roof slab using 12mm size hard black crusher broken granite chips with chicken mesh including cost,conveyance, royality & taxes of all materials with all labour, T&P & CESS etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including racking out joints 12mm deep (1/2”) and removing the debris within 50m lead including cost of all labour with T & P, Cess required for the work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

16mm (5/8") thick cement plaster in C.M. (1:6) finished smooth to inside surface of 10" thick brick wall after racking out the joints including watering & curing for seven days with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all taxes, royalties & cess etc, with additional charges as decieded by the District Administration, DMF & EMF @15% on royality amount and labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing 12mm thick cement plaster in all floors at all height with cement mortar of mix (1:6) with approved grade cement and with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of brick masonary walls after racking out the joints including watering and curing, rounding of corners etc. completer with cost, conveyance, loading, unkloading, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour T&P, sundries and scaffolding required for the work with providing grooves as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement washing one coat over the wall surface including watering, curing, cost conveyance royalty and taxes of all materials and all labour T& P required for the work etc complete. As per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Priming one coat with any approved primer over iron work including cost of primer with sand papering, polishing the surface in all respect with cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P and CESS required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Distempering two coats to the wall surface with any approved shade over a coat of chalk wash including cost of distemper with conveyance royalities and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with cess etc, complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling and removing doors & windows and ventilators including removal of frames, hinges fastening, stacking the same for reuse and removing the debris with in 50m lead with cost of all labour, T&P & CESS etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing , fitting & fixing Steel Angle Iron doors & windows frame with M.S grill manufactured from standard rolled steel angle section 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm cornered of the frame duly metered and electrically welded with fish tail hold fasts made out of M.S flats of size 200 mm X 50 mm X 30 mm wide & 5 mm thick at the rate of 4 nos per frame with M.S hinges of size 75 mm & 14 SWG thick at the rate of 3 nos for each single leaf shutter tower bolt ring & M.S Grills made out of 19 mm x 5 mm flat properly welded to the window frame with one coat of anti corrosive red oxide zinc chrome primere as per direction of Engineer - in - Charge 1% cess and 12% GST .

Painting two coats with any approved Enamel Paint over a coat of approved primer to wood work and iron work including cost of the primer and paint sand papering, polishing the surface with cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for thework etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing wall surface two coats with any approved weather coat over a coat of wall primer to outer wall surface after celaning surface including cost of paint and primer watering curing with cost conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P and Cess required for the work etc, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing 20 cm X 30 cm ceramic wall tiles fixing in dadoos skriting and rises of steps on 12mm thick cement plaster (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including polishing complete including cost of pre cast tiles watering & curing for 7 days with cost conveyance royalty and taxes of all materials & labour T&P with cess required for the work etc, complete in all respect and surface finishing with polishing materials as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying,fitting,fixing up Window (sliding type) made up aluminum Section 9778 as windows frame ,Section No.4095,4096 and 9777,3994 as shutter frame with 5mm thick black glass as panel fitted with rubber beading including locking arrangement including cost of materials all taxes labour,T&P excluding cost of glass etc.complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
