Providing and fixing 10mm thick filler pad of supreme dura fill or equivalent as per the direction of engineer in charge

Removal of existing sealant, backer rod/ filler pad and re-sealing the joint with polysulphide sealant of approved make conforming to BS-5212- 1990 or IS: 12118 Part 1-1987, in construction/dummy joints including rounding of edges, applying two coats of approved primer compatible with the brand of polysulphide, preparing the surface, applying masking tape along the edge of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surface and also to give neat finish to the sealant, removing the masking tape after application of sealant etc. complete as per direction of Engineering-in-charge & technical specifications. Note: For purpose of payment quantity, (Length x Width x Depth upto top most portion of backer rod) of polysulphide sealant only will be measured). a) Construction/ dummy joints of size 10 mm wide and 10 mm deep over 12 mm dia closed cell polyethelene foam backer rod.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from external borrow pits to be arranged by Contractor with all lifts and leads transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Table 300-2. (MORTH), including paying of royalty and obtaining necessary clearance from concerned authorities etc., complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge. Please note the item includes all leads, Royalty, any other State Tax, all statutory approvals etc complete. Nothing extra will be paid for any additional lead, Tax/Royalty etc.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) .

Providing and fixing 110mm dia PVC pipe for weep holes as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work in built up tubular ( round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished welded type tubes

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge In cement mortar

Supplying, filling and spreading coarse sand on ground uniformily in the required slope as per the direction of engineer in charge.
