DAY TO DAY MAINTENANCE OF E/M WORKS INCLUDING MAINTENANCE COMPLAINTS IN OTM ACCN UNDER AGE B/R-I GE WEST DELHI CANTT-10

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring from wooden battan or conduits (light, fan, socket or power) complete including (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulator, sockets etc. to be measured separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floor etc.

(a) One light/fan/bell point controlled by one by one way switch ( switch to be measured and paid separtely)

(b) One 3 pin socket outlet 5 hole 5 Amp independent including PVC unsheathed copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm cable as earth wire connected to common earth and to earth dully socket & switches to be measured and paid separately.

(c) -ditto- as above item No 2 (a) but Same board.

M&L One power point concealed in wall with insulated stranded copper conductor cable 2.5 Sqmm single core and PVC insulated FRLS 1100 Volts unsheathed copper conductor 2.5 Sqmm stranded conductor as earth wire including PVC cunduit connected to dolly complete all as specified. ( socket and switches to be measured and paid separately)

(a) One light/fan/bell point controlled by one by one way switch ( switch to be measured and paid separtely)

(b) One light point controlled by two, two way switch ( switch to be measured and paid separtely)

(c) One 3 pin socket outlet 5 hole 5 Amp independent in existing conduit with insulated stranded copper conductor cable 1.5 Sqmm single core and PVC insulated FRLS 1100 Volts unsheathed copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm stranded conductor as earth wire connected to dolly complete ( socket and switches to be measured and paid separately)
