Compacting Excavated area with 10 T capacity Vibratory roller as per Indian Standards.

Providing and supply of Well gravel from approved quarry including cost and conveyance laying in uniform layers of 150mm thick, Watering and consolidation by power roller etc.,complete as per standard specification.

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate Wetmix macadam (WMM) to required profile including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage to mixed materials by tipper to site laying in uniform layers of 150 mm thick with paver in sub base / base course over well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achive the desired density complete as per standard specification

Providing and laying prime coat over WBM / WMM surface using 7Kg of Emulsion Bitumen (SS1) per 10 sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it.,including cost of materials ,labour,all other incidental charges etc.,complete as per standard specifications.

Providing and laying Tack Coat over WBM/WMM surface (treated with primer)using 2.50 kg of Bitumen Emulsion (RS1)per 10 sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of materials labour,all other incidential charges etc., as per standard specifications

Providing and laying 50mm consolidated thick Dense Bituminous Macadam using 0.24 cum of 26.50-13.20mm,0.25cum of 13.20-2.36mm and 0.23cum of 2.36mm & below and with 53.20 Kgs of VG 30 / VG40 Bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to site heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature,conveying the mix to site, spreading the mix to uniform consolidated thickness of 50mm with paver to the specified grades and cross sections and compacted by vibratory / pneumatic rollers and all other tools and plant required, including all incidental charges etc.,complete as per specifications.

Providing and laying Tack Coat over the BT surface treated with binder using 2Kgs of bituminous Emulsion (RS) for 10 sqm area including cost of materials , labours. All other incidential charges etc.,as per standard specifications.

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete of 30 mm consolidated thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00 - 9.50 mm,graded metal 0.17 cum of 6.50-2.36 mm graded metal and 0.26 cum of 2.36and below metal by adding the shredded plastic waste over 10% Bitumen quantity 5.03 Kg (50.30x10% =5.03 Kg) the aggregate heated to 170 degree celcious in the centeral hot mix plant mixed well with 45.27Kgs of hot bitumen VG30 Bitumen (160 degree celcious ) 60 /70 grade for premixing per 10 sqm to lay 30mm compacted thick of bituminious concrete,conveying to site, spreading the mix for uniform consolidated thickness of 30 mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 80-100KN Vibratory roller / Pneumatic roller to the required density etc.,including all incidental charges as per standard specifications.

Disposal of surplus earth outside the campus and levelling the site before handover the project
