Wall painting two coats with Acralic Plastic emulsion paint of approved quality of premium brand of approved quality & colour at all heights to the interior surface of the wall to make an even finished surface including sand papering, applying putty wherever necessary including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, stacking, all taxes , cost of all Labour , Labour cess,scaffoldings, staging, sundries,T&P etc. required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
