Supply and Stacking of the following material at Pt. Pant Marg Store of NDMC:- Supplying of Road Marking Paint (Spirit based) of grade I duly ISI marked as per IS: 164-1981 with covering capacity of 11sqm/Litre & mass of 1.40kg/Litre under the lab test condition is 20 litre drums packing for bituminous road surface in the following shades including all leads :-

Golden Yellow Shade.

Conditions:- 1. The Paint should be supplied at any NDMC Stores as per CPWD specifications as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 2. The quoted rates shall be net, inclusive of all taxes i.e. GST, cartage etc. and nothing extra shall be paid over the quoted rates in this account to the contractor. 3. The Paint shall supplied immediately within the time allowed as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge otherwise penalty @ 1% per day upto maximum of 10% of tendered value will be leived. 4. The paint shall be supplied from fresh stock directly from godown/factory of company or authorised stockist and should not be older than two month from the date of supply. 5. One sample of each shade shall be got tested from laboratory as approved by Engineer-in-Charge. 6. In case sample fails in the test, the batch/lot representing the sample shall be replace by the manufacturer at his own risk and cost and department shall charge the storage charges @ 2% (Two Percent) of the amount of failed materials required for replacement within 10(Ten) days after receiving the letter from the department for replacement of the materials. 7. The manufacturer shall give the test certificate and other needful documents of their own lab along with each batch/lot of supply. 8. Each container shall be marked with words NDMC Supply. (a) Volume of material (b) Name of manufactures and his recognized (trade mark) brand name etc. (c) Batch/Lot No………. in code or otherwise. (d) Month and year of manufacture. (e) IS: 164-1981 (f) ISI Marked. 9. Supplier/ Dealer will provide guarantee/warrantee certificate of material from the original manufacturer of this supply. 10. The material shall be stacked properly by the manufacturer in the store for which nothing extra shall be paid by the NDMC otherwise material will be treated as rejected. 11. Generally material will not be issued before receipt of satisfactory report from laboratory. But if due to urgency material is required to be used by NDMC, then agency will not object and will take full responsibility of quality of material supplied and will accept departmental decision if material found not upto specifications
